平面多桿機(jī)構(gòu)綜合與分析研究

【摘要】:以制造業(yè)為主體的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的回歸,工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成為搶占經(jīng)濟(jì)科技制高點(diǎn)的關(guān)鍵所在,F(xiàn)代制造業(yè)發(fā)展的核心在于設(shè)計(jì),而制造業(yè)中機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的核心在于機(jī)構(gòu),機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)為機(jī)械行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了有效的理論和方法。平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的綜合和可動(dòng)性問(wèn)題一直以來(lái)都是機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)研究的重難點(diǎn),本文基于前人的研究成果,對(duì)平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)做更為深入的探索研究,嘗試得到較為完整且實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的機(jī)構(gòu)綜合解決方法,并且對(duì)典型平面多桿機(jī)構(gòu)的可動(dòng)性問(wèn)題加以分析研究。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:嘗試得到較為完整且實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)綜合解決方法。針對(duì)多桿機(jī)構(gòu)中具有代表性的Watt-Ⅰ、Ⅱ型六桿機(jī)構(gòu)和曲柄滑塊四、五桿機(jī)構(gòu)分別進(jìn)行了位置綜合、函數(shù)綜合、軌跡綜合任務(wù)。給出相應(yīng)實(shí)例,證實(shí)了所提出平面多桿機(jī)構(gòu)綜合方法的可行性基于N-bar旋轉(zhuǎn)定理、矢量環(huán)方程建立等理論,對(duì)綜合所得到的單自由度曲柄滑塊四桿機(jī)構(gòu)、二自由度曲柄滑塊五桿機(jī)構(gòu)和Watt-Ⅱ型六桿機(jī)構(gòu)的可動(dòng)性進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用Maple軟件獲得了機(jī)構(gòu)的分支識(shí)別圖,解決包括死點(diǎn)位置識(shí)別、分支識(shí)別、完全可旋轉(zhuǎn)性的識(shí)別等問(wèn)題。證明了綜合所得機(jī)構(gòu)可動(dòng)且合理的同時(shí),保障了機(jī)構(gòu)在運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中克服、避免機(jī)構(gòu)不連續(xù)或到達(dá)奇異位形等問(wèn)題,完成預(yù)先設(shè)定的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式。研究了平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)同源機(jī)構(gòu)的問(wèn)題,同源機(jī)構(gòu)能滿足完全相同的軌跡生成約束條件,擴(kuò)大了平面機(jī)構(gòu)綜合時(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)方案的選擇范圍。綜上所述,本研究嘗試得到針對(duì)多桿平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)綜合問(wèn)題的解決方法。完成機(jī)構(gòu)綜合中位置綜合、函數(shù)綜合、軌跡綜合三大任務(wù)。并且分別針對(duì)單自由度和多自由度平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的可動(dòng)性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,其中包括機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的連續(xù)性(分支)、完全旋轉(zhuǎn)性(曲柄存在條件)、可動(dòng)性條件等問(wèn)題。
