壓力容器冷成形封頭恢復(fù)性能熱處理的探討

【摘要】:通過分析再結(jié)晶退火的基本概念和恢復(fù)性能熱處理的實(shí)際操作過程,探討了GB 150—2011《壓力容器》和《固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》關(guān)于冷成形封頭恢復(fù)性能熱處理的可操作性。建議用焊后熱處理消除冷作殘余應(yīng)力,或者用熱成形代替冷成形,以避開難以操作的再結(jié)晶恢復(fù)性能熱處理。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the basic concept of recrystallization annealing and the practical operation process of heat treatment for recovery properties, The feasibility of GB 150-2011 "pressure vessel" and "fixed pressure vessel Safety Technical Supervision Code" on the recovery performance heat treatment of cold-formed head is discussed. It is suggested that the residual stress of cold work should be eliminated by post welding heat treatment, or the cold forming should be replaced by hot forming to avoid the heat treatment of recrystallization recovery property which is difficult to operate.
