一種六自由度調(diào)姿機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)與誤差分析
[Abstract]:In the production of amorphous strip, the position and attitude of nozzle ladle relative to the fixed cooling roll are the key factors to determine the quality of amorphous strip. In order to adjust the position and attitude of the nozzle to meet the requirements of the work, a six-degree-of-freedom attitude adjusting mechanism with series-parallel characteristics is designed. The kinematics model of attitude adjusting mechanism is established by D-H method, and the forward and reverse kinematics are solved. The end pose matrix and inverse solution formula of attitude adjusting mechanism are obtained, which provides the basis for position and attitude adjustment of attitude adjusting mechanism. Through the error analysis and sensitivity analysis of attitude adjusting mechanism, the simulation curve of pose error at the end of attitude adjustment mechanism and the sensitivity of each motion parameter to pose error are obtained. It provides an important theoretical basis for improving the precision of the nozzle attitude adjusting mechanism.
