基于超單元技術(shù)的大型復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的拓撲優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:采用超單元技術(shù)處理與車架相連的履帶部分模型,并用拓撲優(yōu)化方法對起重機車架的結(jié)構(gòu)進行重新設(shè)計。結(jié)果表明,超單元法與傳統(tǒng)的全模型分析法相比,求解精度相同,而計算時間僅為全模型分析法的1/3,達到了節(jié)省計算時間且保持計算精度的目的。最后通過有限元分析和疲勞試驗驗證了利用超單元法處理復(fù)雜模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:The part of track model connected to the frame is treated by using the technology of superelement, and the structure of crane frame is redesigned by topology optimization method. The results show that the accuracy of the method is the same as that of the traditional total model analysis method, and the calculation time is only 1 / 3 of that of the whole model analysis method, which achieves the purpose of saving calculation time and maintaining the calculation accuracy. Finally, the feasibility of using superelement method to deal with complex model is verified by finite element analysis and fatigue test.
