固溶處理對Ti-4.5Al-2.5V-1.5Fe-0.25O熱軋板材組織及力學性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同固溶溫度與冷卻方式對Ti-4.5Al-2.5V-1.5Fe-0.25O熱軋板材顯微組織及力學性能的影響。結果表明:熱軋合金板材組織主要由α相和β相組成,隨著固溶溫度從910℃升高到1000℃,板材中α相含量減少而β相含量逐漸增多,初生等軸α相向針狀β相轉變進而向全片層狀β相轉變;空冷冷卻速度較慢,高溫組織有很大一部分發(fā)生分解,而水冷冷卻抑制高溫析出相析出及分解,形成片層狀β轉變組織;隨著固溶溫度的升高,合金板材抗拉強度先增加后減小,伸長率降低;940℃固溶后水冷處理的合金板材力學性能最優(yōu):抗拉強度1264 MPa,伸長率11.4%。
