基于關(guān)聯(lián)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的蝶閥產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:蝶閥產(chǎn)品系列化程度高,結(jié)構(gòu)布局緊湊。通過(guò)詳細(xì)分析蝶閥產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和構(gòu)成,合理劃分結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)單元,運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),在CATIA平臺(tái)下構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)單元之間的尺寸和裝配約束的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,建立設(shè)計(jì)單元的參數(shù)化模型。并以此為基礎(chǔ),完成整個(gè)蝶閥產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Butterfly valve product serialization degree is high, the structure layout is compact. By analyzing the structure characteristic and composition of butterfly valve product in detail, dividing the structure design unit reasonably, using the correlation design technology, constructing the correlation relation between the size and assembly constraint of the structure design unit under the CATIA platform. The parameterized model of the design unit is established. And on this basis, complete the whole butterfly valve product design.
