基于生態(tài)足跡的綠色制造系統(tǒng)集成及運行研究
[Abstract]:As the ecological environment is becoming more and more serious, how to effectively meet the requirements of the ecological environment and achieve high efficiency has become a key research topic. China has published the national medium and long term plan for science and technology development (2006-2020), "green manufacturing technology development" in 12th Five-Year "special plan >" (2012), < China. Making 2025> (2015), < about speeding up the construction of ecological civilization > (2015) and "green manufacturing 2016 special action implementation plan > (2016)" and other related regulations policy. Under this background, how to develop green manufacturing based on the ecological footprint theory has become an urgent problem to be solved. The thesis is based on the national key book planning item of "12th Five-Year". "Green economy and green development series" works "green manufacturing >", "11th Five-Year" National Science and technology support program "manufacturing enterprise production process green planning and optimized operation technology (2006BAF02A03)", National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on energy efficiency improvement method based on the properties of workpiece energy" (51275365). On the basis of the advanced theories such as system engineering, sustainable development theory and ecological economics, the project is based on the theoretical perspective of ecological footprint to explore the operation and development of green manufacturing system. The paper, based on the theory of ecological footprint, analyzes the basic connotation of green manufacturing system and clear its operation. In order to simplify the complexity of the environment and system operation, in order to simplify the complexity of the green manufacturing system, based on the principle of homomorphism and isomorphism, the integrated model of green manufacturing system is established by using the "synthetic field element" and "integrated field" theory. On this basis, the input and output of the material quantity of the green manufacturing system is analyzed and transformed into the environment phase. The ecological constraints of the system are further evaluated and optimized for the economic, social and ecological benefits of the green manufacturing system, providing a reference theory and method for the operation of the green manufacturing system under the ecological footprint. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) starting with the relationship between manufacturing and ecological footprint, the paper analyzes the green system under the ecological footprint. The status and function of the research on system of building system. Combined with the research status of literature and standard policy in related fields both at home and abroad, the integration of green manufacturing system is completed by "synthetic field element" and "integrated field" theory, and the operation of green manufacturing system is carried out by means of material flow analysis and Ecological Footprint Analysis on the basis of the establishment of integrated model. According to the constraint results, the framework system of system evaluation and optimization is finally established. (2) in view of the complexity of the green manufacturing system under the ecological footprint, this paper uses the principle of homomorphism and isomorphism to integrate the green system from the perspective of "synthetic field" and "integrated field". The integrated element of the system is analyzed, and the integrated unit model of green manufacturing system is set up. The integrated model of green manufacturing system under the integrated field and the integrated model of the integrated green manufacturing system and the ecosystem integration model under the "integrated field" are obtained by dividing the leading force of the integrated units. The mechanism of action in the integration process is analyzed. The corresponding integration strategy is put forward from three aspects: improving the quality of the integrated unit to dominate the resource, improving the integration acceleration and shortening the distance between the integrated units. (3) the corresponding external environment model is established on the basis of system integration. The quality of the input and output of the system is traced back to the natural ecological environment in the external environment model, and the model of material flow analysis is set up. The corresponding calculation formula is used to transform the input and output of "source" of natural ecological environment through the ecological footprint method, which is transformed into the ecological footprint of the external ecological environment, that is, the model of ecological footprint transformation, and the model of ecological footprint transformation. The ecological bearing capacity of the system regional environment is compared, the results of ecological constraints are obtained, and the ecological constraints analysis of the specific green manufacturing system is illustrated. (4) on the basis of meeting the ecological constraints, the evaluation and optimization of green manufacturing system is carried out on the basis of high ecological benefit, high economic benefit and high social benefit. The relationship between system evaluation and optimization is set up, the framework system of green manufacturing evaluation and optimization under ecological footprint is set up, the evaluation index system of green manufacturing system, ideas and methods are established, and the system model and method of multi-objective optimization are set up. Finally, the example of the evaluation and optimization of the specific green manufacturing system is illustrated.
