基于裝置流程圖的閥門圖形定位與運(yùn)維信息檢索

【摘要】:閥門數(shù)量多,運(yùn)維信息龐雜,分散在不同的系統(tǒng)之中,并且各閥門運(yùn)維數(shù)據(jù)之間缺少直觀的聯(lián)系,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)維信息的共享,運(yùn)維效率低。針對(duì)上述情況,課題綜合應(yīng)用SVG技術(shù)以及XMLDOM技術(shù),整合分析閥門設(shè)備運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理所需信息,從而構(gòu)建基于閥門裝置流程圖的閥門設(shè)備運(yùn)行維護(hù)可視化管理模型。運(yùn)維信息的檢索可以用于維修的決策,通過(guò)將閥門工況和閥門運(yùn)維信息進(jìn)行對(duì)比,預(yù)知閥門故障。課題首先對(duì)閥門檢維修所需數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行搜集、加工,建立閥門裝置流程圖繪圖規(guī)范;使用SVG技術(shù)完成工藝流程圖的信息表示;運(yùn)用KXML表示法實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門裝置流程圖的表達(dá)。以B/S架構(gòu),二次開發(fā)SVG圖形編輯器,使用JavaScript、VBScript、ASP技術(shù)、Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)開發(fā)閥門裝置流程圖表達(dá)工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門裝置流程圖的錄入、保存閥門裝置流程圖到服務(wù)器文件夾,閥門位號(hào)到Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。以B/S架構(gòu)模式開發(fā)閥門運(yùn)維信息檢索系統(tǒng),使用SQL技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)SVG圖形的跨圖檢索;使用XMLDOM技術(shù)解析SVG圖形,調(diào)用閥門運(yùn)維信息;使用ASP技術(shù)和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)外部閥門運(yùn)維信息數(shù)據(jù)的引用;使用坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換方法和JavaScript技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門圖形的定位顯示。通過(guò)圖面的解析和外部數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的調(diào)用,閥門及其信息可被準(zhǔn)確定位和展示表明,閥門裝置流程圖和閥門運(yùn)維信息的結(jié)合,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門運(yùn)維信息的可視化表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Because of the large number of valves and numerous information of operation and maintenance, they are scattered in different systems, and the operation and maintenance data of each valve are lack of direct connection, which can not realize the sharing of operation and maintenance information, and the efficiency of operation and maintenance is low. In view of the above situation, the subject synthetically applies the SVG technology and the XMLDOM technology, integrates and analyzes the valve equipment operation maintenance management information, thus constructs the valve equipment operation maintenance visual management model based on the valve device flowchart. The retrieval of operation and maintenance information can be used in maintenance decision. By comparing valve operating condition with valve operation and maintenance information, valve failure can be predicted. Firstly, the data needed for valve inspection and maintenance are collected, processed, and the drawing specification of valve device flowchart is established; the information representation of process flow chart is completed by using SVG technology; and the expression of valve device flowchart is realized by KXML representation. With the structure of B / S, the second development of SVG graphic editor, the use of JavaScript VBScript ASP technology and access database technology to develop the expression tool of valve device flowchart, realize the input of valve device flowchart, and save valve device flow chart to server folder. The valve operation and maintenance information retrieval system is developed by using B / S structure mode, the cross-graph retrieval of SVG graph is realized by SQL technology, the SVG graph is analyzed by XMLDOM technology, and the valve operation and maintenance information is called. ASP technology and Access database technology are used to realize the reference of external valve operation and maintenance information data, and the coordinate conversion method and JavaScript technology are used to realize the positioning display of valve graphics. By analyzing the drawing surface and calling the external database, the valve and its information can be accurately located and displayed. It shows that the combination of valve flow chart and valve operation and maintenance information can realize the visual expression of valve operation and maintenance information.
