【摘要】：在機(jī)械加工的過(guò)程中,很多因素都會(huì)影響工件的加工質(zhì)量。工件的加工質(zhì)量要求對(duì)加工精度有重要的影響。加工精度主要是指在零件加工之后,實(shí)際幾何參數(shù)與理想幾何參數(shù)的契合度。加工誤差主要是指在零件加工之后,實(shí)際幾何參數(shù)與預(yù)期參數(shù)的偏差。當(dāng)零件的加工精度越來(lái)越高,加工誤差會(huì)越來(lái)越小。闡釋了機(jī)械加工精度的影響因素,并分析了提高機(jī)械加工精度的途徑。
[Abstract]:In the process of machining, many factors will affect the quality of workpiece processing. The quality requirement of workpiece has an important effect on machining precision. Machining precision mainly refers to the degree of agreement between the actual geometric parameters and the ideal geometric parameters after the parts are machined. The machining error mainly refers to the deviation between the actual geometric parameters and the expected parameters after the parts are machined. When the machining accuracy of parts becomes higher and higher, the machining error will be smaller and smaller. The influencing factors of machining precision are explained, and the ways to improve machining accuracy are analyzed.
