新型填料對于無石棉墊片性能影響的研究

【摘要】:無石棉墊片作為一種密封件以其污染小,對人體危害小等優(yōu)點,慢慢取代了石棉密封墊片的位置,應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)和生活的各個方面。但是,相對于石棉墊片來說,無石棉墊片在某些密封性能方面存在劣勢。為了使無石棉墊片具備更好的力學(xué)性能以及抗老化性能,本文從無石棉墊片填料的選擇出發(fā),以納米二氧化鈦、膨脹石墨兩種填料作為重點研究對象,對比分析兩種填料對無石棉墊片性能的影響。綜合考慮制取無石棉墊片所需的性能以及成本等因素,基于填密理論,選擇膨脹性石墨和納米級二氧化鈦,分別與高嶺土、滑石粉和云母組合作為填料。其中為使納米級二氧化鈦獲得良好的表面接枝偶聯(lián)劑,具有更好的分散性,選用表面經(jīng)過無機表面包覆處理過的納米二氧化鈦。本文基于均勻試驗設(shè)計表以及納米二氧化鈦和膨脹石墨等填料的取值范圍設(shè)計出U*9(94)的均勻試驗設(shè)計表,以所制取墊片的壓縮回彈性能、拉伸性能、蠕變松弛性能的取值建立回歸方程式,通過檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn)所建立的回歸方程式都呈顯著性。通過對回歸方程以及性能測試值的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)膨脹石墨以及二氧化鈦對于墊片的壓縮回彈性能的具有一定的影響作用;納米二氧化鈦通過對傳統(tǒng)填料的陽離子化改性而使墊片的拉伸性能好于含膨脹石墨填料的墊片;對于墊片的蠕變松弛性能,無論納米二氧化鈦還是膨脹石墨均對墊片性能的提升有顯著作用?紤]實際生產(chǎn)生活中成本的問題,新型填料膨脹石墨相對納米級二氧化鈦更具備應(yīng)用前景,本文實驗數(shù)據(jù)對于實際生產(chǎn)具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:As a kind of sealing piece, the stone-free cotton pad has been used in production and life because of its advantages of less pollution and less harm to human body, and has gradually replaced the position of asbestos seal gasket. However, there are disadvantages in some sealing properties of stone-free cotton pads compared to stone-cotton pads. In order to have better mechanical properties and anti-aging properties of stone free cotton pad, this paper starts from the choice of packing for stone free cotton pad, and focuses on two kinds of fillers: nano titanium dioxide and expanded graphite. The effects of two fillers on the properties of stone-free cotton pads were compared and analyzed. Based on the packing theory, the expansive graphite and nanometer titanium dioxide were selected as fillers with kaolin, talc and mica, respectively. In order to obtain good surface grafting coupling agent and better dispersion of nano-TiO _ 2, nano-TiO _ 2 coated with inorganic surface was selected. Based on the uniform test design table and the range of fillers such as nano-TiO _ 2 and expanded graphite, a uniform test design table of Ut9 (94) was designed to obtain the compression springback and tensile properties of the gasket. The regression equations of creep relaxation properties are established and the regression equations are found to be significant by testing. Through the analysis of regression equation and performance test value, it is found that expanded graphite and titanium dioxide have a certain effect on the compression resilience of gasket. Nano TIO _ 2 makes the gasket better than the gasket containing expanded graphite filler by cationic modification of the traditional filler; the creep relaxation property of the gasket is better than that of the gasket containing expanded graphite filler. Both nano titanium dioxide and expanded graphite play a significant role in improving the performance of gasket. Considering the cost of production and life, the new filler expanded graphite has a better application prospect than nano-titanium dioxide. The experimental data in this paper have a certain theoretical guidance for practical production.
