【摘要】：變速器作為傳動(dòng)系關(guān)鍵的零部件之一,直接影響整車的NEDC油耗。為了提升某MPV車型的NEDC綜合油耗,提出了一種基于NEDC工況的變速器效率測(cè)試方法,并利用該方法對(duì)比了不同潤(rùn)滑油的黏度、溫度、添加劑等因素對(duì)變速箱傳動(dòng)效率的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,該測(cè)試方法能更準(zhǔn)確地反映變速器NEDC工況下的綜合效率;潤(rùn)滑油黏度相對(duì)越低,變速器的傳動(dòng)效率越高;油溫升高引起的油膜厚度的減少對(duì)變速器效率的影響大于因轉(zhuǎn)速升高引起的油膜厚度的增加對(duì)變速器效率的影響,且有利于提高變速器的傳動(dòng)效率;潤(rùn)滑油增黏劑有利于提升油品的黏溫特性,且在一定溫度范圍內(nèi),隨著溫度的升高,潤(rùn)滑油黏溫特性對(duì)于變速器傳動(dòng)效率的影響大于潤(rùn)滑油黏度對(duì)變速器傳動(dòng)效率的影響。
[Abstract]:As one of the key parts of transmission system, transmission has a direct effect on NEDC fuel consumption. In order to improve the NEDC comprehensive fuel consumption of a certain MPV vehicle, a transmission efficiency test method based on NEDC operating condition is proposed, and the effects of different lubricating oil viscosity, temperature and additives on the transmission efficiency of the gearbox are compared by using this method. The test results show that the test method can more accurately reflect the overall efficiency of the transmission under NEDC conditions, and the lower the viscosity of lubricating oil, the higher the transmission efficiency. The decrease of oil film thickness caused by the increase of oil temperature has more influence on the transmission efficiency than that on the transmission efficiency caused by the increase of the oil film thickness, and it is beneficial to the transmission efficiency. The viscosity and temperature property of lubricating oil is more important to the transmission efficiency than the lubricating oil viscosity to the transmission efficiency in a certain temperature range.
