基于輸送帶彈性伸長率的帶式輸送機(jī)功率平衡研究

【摘要】:隨著大型帶式輸送機(jī)在煤炭、化工等領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,其各滾筒之間總功率的合理分配已成為焦點問題,故在電動機(jī)功率不平衡度數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,重點研究輸送帶彈性伸長率對不同類型功率分配的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:尼龍芯輸送帶受彈性伸長率影響更大,故安全起見,工程應(yīng)用中建議選用較適合的鋼絲繩芯輸送帶。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of large belt conveyors in the fields of coal and chemical industry, the rational distribution of the total power among the rollers has become the focus problem. Therefore, based on the mathematical model of the power imbalance degree of the motor, The influence of elastic elongation of conveyor belt on different types of power distribution is studied. The results show that the nylon core conveyor belt is more affected by elastic elongation, so it is safe to choose the more suitable steel rope core conveyor belt in engineering application.
