CAI驅(qū)動機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD模型重構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:計算機(jī)技術(shù)已在機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計過程中廣泛應(yīng)用,極大地推進(jìn)了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計技術(shù)的發(fā)展。以TRIZ理論為基礎(chǔ)的計算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新軟件(CAI)能夠提供給設(shè)計者語言性描述的設(shè)計思路或者一般方案解,但很難順利地輸出給CAD系統(tǒng)得到具體的圖形解。通過建立機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD解模型使得應(yīng)用CAI系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的設(shè)計方案能夠輸出給CAD系統(tǒng),并在CAD系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中得到具體的圖形解。從而在機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了CAI系統(tǒng)與CAD系統(tǒng)的集成,給出了CAI驅(qū)動機(jī)械產(chǎn)品CAD模型重構(gòu)的步驟,并通過一個簡單的實(shí)例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Computer technology has been widely used in the process of mechanical product design, greatly promoting the development of product design technology. Computer aided innovation software (CAI) based on Triz theory can provide design ideas or general solution for designers' language description, but it is difficult to output to CAD system to obtain specific graphic solution. By establishing the CAD solution model of mechanical product, the design scheme produced by applying CAI system can be output to CAD system, and the concrete graphic solution can be obtained in CAD system. Thus the integration of CAI system and CAD system in mechanical product design is preliminarily realized. The steps of CAD model reconstruction driven by CAI are given and verified by a simple example.
