【摘要】：以脂潤滑7008C角接觸球軸承為例,分別采用有限元法和試驗法研究了軸承的溫度場,用有限元法對模型進行了簡化處理,并考慮了自旋的影響,用試驗法測得了不同載荷和轉速下軸承外圈的溫度。結果表明:有限元法得到的溫度按內圈溝道與球接觸點、內圈、球、外圈溝道與球接觸點、外圈、軸承座的順序依次降低;高速情況下自旋對軸承溫升的影響很大,不可忽略,影響試驗結果的主要因素為載荷、轉速。有限元法與試驗法得到的軸承外圈溫度基本一致,但試驗法測得的溫度略高。
[Abstract]:Taking the lubricated 7008C angular contact ball bearing as an example, the temperature field of the bearing is studied by the finite element method and the test method, and the model is simplified by the finite element method, and the effect of spin is considered. The temperature of bearing outer ring under different loads and speeds was measured by test method. The results show that the temperature obtained by the finite element method decreases in turn according to the contact point between the inner ring and the ball, the inner ring, the ball, the outer ring and the bearing seat, and the spin has a great effect on the temperature rise of the bearing at high speed. The main factors influencing the test results are load and speed. The temperature of bearing outer ring obtained by finite element method is basically the same as that by test method, but the temperature measured by test method is slightly higher.
