基于本體的機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:目前機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)逐步表現(xiàn)出快速化、知識(shí)化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并且根據(jù)研究顯示大約80%以上的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)需要查詢過往設(shè)計(jì)資源,而目前雷達(dá)類的機(jī)電產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程中形成的大量設(shè)計(jì)、制造等方面的文檔性知識(shí)尚未進(jìn)行有效的管理,且行業(yè)中只有零星的設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)應(yīng)用,對(duì)于這些寶貴的設(shè)計(jì)資源,缺乏對(duì)資源的組織和重用方法嚴(yán)重制約了雷達(dá)類機(jī)電產(chǎn)品研發(fā)水平的提高和效率的提升。本文在國防基礎(chǔ)科研“十二五”重大項(xiàng)目的支持下,針對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了若干研究,主要涉及的研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)基于本體的機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)元建模進(jìn)行了研究。提出以專業(yè)領(lǐng)域維度劃分的知識(shí)組織方式,將領(lǐng)域本體作為知識(shí)元建模的語義模型,通過對(duì)象屬性將本體中各維度等進(jìn)行融合,最后,研究了本體導(dǎo)出的OWL文件在關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫中結(jié)構(gòu)化存儲(chǔ)的方式。(2)對(duì)知識(shí)的語義信息提取和文檔特征提取方法進(jìn)行了研究。針對(duì)本體中蘊(yùn)含的語義信息,本文提出多影響因子綜合加權(quán)的語義相似度算法,將本體中概念間的相似度量化表示。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于語義增量的關(guān)鍵詞權(quán)重計(jì)算方法,利用關(guān)鍵詞特征對(duì)文檔建模。(3)對(duì)基于推理技術(shù)的知識(shí)檢索方法進(jìn)行了研究。利用本體的推理功能,提出將用戶輸入的查詢進(jìn)行線上推理與線下推理,分別達(dá)到對(duì)查詢邏輯關(guān)系一致性檢測(cè)和查詢關(guān)鍵詞擴(kuò)展的目標(biāo)。(4)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)管理原型系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。提出了知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)思路,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的功能框架,介紹了系統(tǒng)的軟件環(huán)境,并完成了知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)相應(yīng)模塊的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:At present, mechanical and electrical product design and production enterprises are gradually showing a trend of rapid and knowledge-based development. And according to research results, about 80% of product design needs to inquire about past design resources. However, at present, a large amount of design and manufacturing documents have not been effectively managed in the R & D process of radar mechanical and electrical products, and there is only sporadic application of design knowledge in the industry. For these valuable design resources, The lack of resource organization and reuse seriously restricts the improvement of R & D level and efficiency of radar electromechanical products. Supported by the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the National Defense basic Scientific Research Project, this paper has carried out some research on the product design knowledge management system. The main contents are as follows: (1) Ontology-based knowledge element modeling of electromechanical product design is studied. This paper proposes a knowledge organization method based on domain dimension division, takes domain ontology as semantic model of knowledge metamodel, merges each dimension of ontology through object attributes. Finally, The way of structured storage of owl files exported by ontology in relational database is studied. (2) semantic information extraction and document feature extraction of knowledge are studied. In view of the semantic information contained in ontology, this paper proposes a semantic similarity algorithm which is weighted by multiple influence factors, and quantifies the similarity between concepts in ontology. On this basis, a method of keyword weight calculation based on semantic increment is proposed, and the document is modeled by keyword feature. (3) knowledge retrieval method based on reasoning technology is studied. By using the reasoning function of ontology, it is proposed that users inputted queries can be inferred on line and offline respectively, and the objectives of checking the consistency of query logical relationships and extending query keywords are achieved respectively. (4) the development of product design knowledge management prototype system. This paper puts forward the development idea of knowledge management system, designs the function frame of the system, introduces the software environment of the system, and completes the development of the corresponding module of the knowledge management system.
