【摘要】:利用視覺技術(shù)快速靈活的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合激光檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性,針對(duì)精密軸承的生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行快速定位在線檢測(cè)。將面陣相機(jī)與工業(yè)激光傳感器相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)軸承在線生產(chǎn)中的質(zhì)量檢測(cè),完成多點(diǎn)位的質(zhì)量缺陷檢測(cè)與尺寸加工精度檢測(cè)。建立一整套自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速定位、表面缺陷檢測(cè)與多位置尺寸測(cè)量。同時(shí)發(fā)揮視覺檢測(cè)與激光檢測(cè)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速度、高效率、高精度的在線檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of rapid and flexible visual technology and the accuracy of laser detection, the fast positioning on-line detection for precision bearing production line is carried out. By combining the area array camera with the industrial laser sensor, the quality detection in the online production of bearing is realized, and the quality defect detection and dimension machining precision detection of multiple points are completed. A set of automatic detection system is established to realize fast positioning, surface defect detection and multi-position measurement. At the same time, the advantages of vision detection and laser detection are used to realize high speed, high efficiency and high precision online detection.
