【摘要】：針對(duì)寬帶多源聲發(fā)射信號(hào)的相干、多模態(tài)和能量衰減快問(wèn)題,提出一種近場(chǎng)多重相干信號(hào)子空間聚焦的定位算法用于碰摩故障聲發(fā)射源的定位檢測(cè)。首先,為濾除干擾模態(tài)波、減小頻散效應(yīng),采用基于模態(tài)聲發(fā)射傳播特性分析的小波分解濾波方法,從碰摩初期的聲發(fā)射信號(hào)中獲取零階模態(tài)波及波速用于定位計(jì)算;其次,為實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)解相干,提出基于雙邊相關(guān)變換(TCT)的近場(chǎng)聚焦矩陣估計(jì)方法;最后,針對(duì)聲發(fā)射信號(hào)的能量衰減快問(wèn)題,利用近場(chǎng)基于特征分解的多重信號(hào)分類(N-MUSIC)的空間譜估計(jì)方法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)聲源的精確定位。理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該方法定位精度高、計(jì)算復(fù)雜度低、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),能有效識(shí)別多個(gè)相干碰摩聲源。相比傳統(tǒng)相干子空間算法(CSM),該方法減少了信號(hào)初值和聚焦頻點(diǎn)的計(jì)算量,對(duì)雙聲源的分辨概率較現(xiàn)有修正近場(chǎng)多重信號(hào)分類算法提高了17%,是一種有效的碰摩故障源檢測(cè)方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of fast coherence, multi-mode and fast energy attenuation of wideband multi-source acoustic emission signals, a localization algorithm based on subspace focusing of near-field multi-coherent signals is proposed to detect the location of acoustic emitters from rub-impact faults. First of all, in order to filter the interference mode wave and reduce the dispersion effect, wavelet decomposition filtering method based on modal acoustic emission propagation characteristic analysis is used to obtain zero order mode wave velocity from the acoustic emission signal in the initial stage of rub-impact for location calculation. In order to realize signal decoherence, a near field focusing matrix estimation method based on bilateral correlation transform (TCT) is proposed. The spatial spectrum estimation method based on eigen-decomposition (N-MUSIC) in near field is used to realize the accurate location of sound source. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, low computational complexity and strong stability, and it can effectively identify multiple coherent rub-impact sound sources. Compared with the traditional coherent subspace algorithm (CSM), this method reduces the computation of the initial signal and the focusing frequency, and improves the resolution probability of the dual sound source by 17 times compared with the existing modified near field multi-multiple signal classification algorithm. This method is an effective method for rub-impact fault source detection.
