【摘要】：針對某車型副車架在臺架試驗過程中出現(xiàn)開裂問題,采用有限元分析軟件Hypermesh建立副車架有限元模型,分析了其強度和模態(tài),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)疲勞試驗時車架開裂的位置與有限元分析的基本相同,并提出結(jié)構(gòu)改進措施,改進后的副車架有限元分析應(yīng)力明顯降低且通過了疲勞臺架試驗。
[Abstract]:In view of the cracking problem of the subframe of a vehicle model during the bench test, the finite element model of the sub-frame is established by using the finite element analysis software HyperMesh, and its strength and mode are analyzed. The results show that the crack position of frame in fatigue test is basically the same as that of finite element analysis, and the structural improvement measures are put forward. The stress of the improved finite element analysis of the sub-frame is obviously reduced and the fatigue test is carried out.
