FDM三維成型樣品缺陷的工藝分析與研究

【摘要】:基于熔融沉積成型的技術原理,利用桌面式三維打印機,研究了噴頭溫度、分層層厚、打印速度和成型方向對樣品質量的影響,分析了翹曲、鼓泡、拉絲等打印缺陷產生的工藝原因,并進一步通過優(yōu)化參數(shù)設置,改進了樣品的成型精度和質量。以此在低成本制造的基礎上充分發(fā)揮三維成型的優(yōu)勢,為促進桌面級3D打印技術的推廣應用提供支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the technical principle of molten deposition molding, the effect of the nozzle temperature, layer thickness, printing speed and forming direction on the sample quality is studied by using the desktop 3D printer. The technological reasons for the printing defects, such as warpage, bubble and wire drawing are analyzed, and the optimization parameters are further passed, and the molding precision and quality of the sample are improved. In order to promote the popularization and application of desktop 3D printing technology, we should give full play to the advantages of 3D molding on the basis of low cost manufacturing.
