基于Teager峰值能量的低轉(zhuǎn)速軸承故障特征提取方法

【摘要】:峰值沖擊是軸承故障信號(hào)中的重要特征之一,明顯的峰值沖擊有利于其故障診斷,而低轉(zhuǎn)速工況下軸承故障由于振動(dòng)能量小,峰值沖擊微弱,導(dǎo)致故障特征容易被噪聲淹沒(méi),通常無(wú)法通過(guò)包絡(luò)分析等方法提取。為了增強(qiáng)微弱故障信號(hào)中的峰值沖擊,提取低轉(zhuǎn)速軸承故障特征,提出了基于Teager峰值能量的故障特征提取方法。采用移動(dòng)窗口截取原信號(hào),計(jì)算截取信號(hào)段的峰峰值,從而構(gòu)造峰峰值特征波形,增強(qiáng)故障信號(hào)中的峰值沖擊;利用Teager能量算子對(duì)峰峰值特征波形進(jìn)行解調(diào),抑制噪聲干擾,提取瞬時(shí)沖擊成分;根據(jù)提取的Teager能量頻譜判斷軸承的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法有效提取了低轉(zhuǎn)速軸承的沖擊特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了故障的診斷。
[Abstract]:Peak impact is one of the important characteristics of bearing fault signal. The obvious peak impact is beneficial to its fault diagnosis. At low speed condition, the bearing fault is easy to be submerged by noise due to low vibration energy and weak peak impact. Usually, it can not be extracted by envelope analysis and other methods. In order to enhance the peak impact of weak fault signal and extract the fault feature of low speed bearing, a method of fault feature extraction based on Teager peak energy is proposed. Using moving window to intercept the original signal, calculate the peak and peak value of the intercepted signal, thus construct the peak characteristic waveform, enhance the peak impact in the fault signal, demodulate the peak characteristic waveform by Teager energy operator, and suppress the noise interference. The instantaneous impact component is extracted and the operating state of the bearing is judged according to the extracted Teager energy spectrum. The experimental results show that the method can effectively extract the impact characteristics of low speed bearings and realize fault diagnosis.
