大型概率篩動(dòng)態(tài)特性與焊縫疲勞壽命分析

【摘要】:概率篩是以物料透篩概率原理來(lái)進(jìn)行篩分作業(yè)的一種振動(dòng)篩。它廣泛應(yīng)用在農(nóng)業(yè)、煤炭、化學(xué)、機(jī)械和建筑等領(lǐng)域篩分食品、藥品及材料等,具有效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到廣泛應(yīng)用。其用戶數(shù)量巨大,所以必須保證概括率領(lǐng)篩的質(zhì)量。概率篩在日常篩分作業(yè)過(guò)程中,受到篩分物體撞擊力的同時(shí),還受到激振電動(dòng)機(jī)的交變載荷力,這將導(dǎo)致其在使用過(guò)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)疲勞開(kāi)裂的問(wèn)題。概率篩在制造過(guò)程中使用了大量的焊縫連接,焊接工藝的特點(diǎn)決定了焊接接頭的疲勞強(qiáng)度一般都低于焊接母材,在實(shí)際使用過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),概率篩出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題是焊縫的疲勞開(kāi)裂,因此,有必要從焊縫疲勞壽命研究入手來(lái)評(píng)估概率篩的疲勞壽命。本論文課題來(lái)源于湖南省科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃“大型干法樓式砂石綠色生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及裝備開(kāi)發(fā)”(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):2015GK3047),以中聯(lián)重科股份有限公司自主研發(fā)的大型概率篩4GLS2530為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)概率篩進(jìn)行了有限元建模,緊接著分析概率篩的理論模態(tài)和應(yīng)力,為后續(xù)疲勞結(jié)果分析提供基礎(chǔ);然后通過(guò)搭建試驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)概率篩進(jìn)行模態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn),得到其實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)結(jié)果,將計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)結(jié)果做對(duì)比分析;而后在Fe-safe中采用了基于Verity的等效結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力法對(duì)4GLS2530型概率篩相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)的焊縫進(jìn)行了疲勞壽命評(píng)估,得出了相應(yīng)的疲勞壽命,并在實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行了空載實(shí)驗(yàn),將理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,二者能較好的吻合,說(shuō)明了在工程上應(yīng)用上述方法來(lái)評(píng)估概率篩焊縫的疲勞壽命是可行的;最后提出了改進(jìn)概率篩疲勞強(qiáng)度的方法,并對(duì)其可行性進(jìn)行了理論分析。為概率篩在以后的改進(jìn)中點(diǎn)明了方向,有較好的參考意義。
[Abstract]:The probabilistic sieve is a vibrating screen, which is based on the principle of material screening probability. It is widely used in the fields of agriculture, coal, chemistry, machinery and construction. It has many advantages such as high efficiency, simple structure and so on. Its user quantity is huge, so must guarantee the quality of general lead screen. In the daily screening process, the probability screen is subjected to the impact force of the screening object and the alternating load force of the exciting motor, which will lead to the problem of fatigue cracking in the process of operation. A large number of weld connections are used in the manufacturing process of the probabilistic sieve. The fatigue strength of the welded joints is generally lower than that of the base metal, which is determined by the characteristics of the welding process. The main problem of the probabilistic sieve is the fatigue cracking of the weld seam. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the fatigue life of the probabilistic sieve from the study of the fatigue life of the weld. This thesis comes from the key research and development plan of Hunan province science and technology project "key technology research and equipment development of large-scale dry sand and stone green production" (project number: 2015GK3047), which is independently developed by Zhonglian heavy Technology Co., Ltd. Large probability sieve 4GLS2530 is studied. Firstly, the finite element model of the probability sieve is established, then the theoretical modal and stress of the probabilistic sieve are analyzed to provide the foundation for the subsequent fatigue analysis, and then the modal test results of the probabilistic sieve are obtained by setting up a test rig. The calculated and experimental modal results are compared and analyzed, and the fatigue life of the relatively dangerous weld of 4GLS2530 probabilistic screen is evaluated by using the equivalent structural stress method based on Verity in Fe-safe, and the corresponding fatigue life is obtained. The no-load experiment was carried out on the test bench, and the theoretical analysis was compared with the experimental results. The results showed that it was feasible to apply the above method to evaluate the fatigue life of the probabilistic sieve weld in engineering. Finally, the method of improving fatigue strength of probabilistic sieve is put forward, and its feasibility is analyzed theoretically. It points out the direction of the probability screen in the future improvement, and has good reference significance.
