界面滑移對滑動軸承摩擦阻力的影響

【摘要】:針對滑移的不同情況,將界面滑移分為無滑移、僅上邊界滑移、僅下邊界滑移和兩邊界均滑移4種類型,以力學(xué)平衡方程和Newton黏性流體力學(xué)公式為基礎(chǔ),基于楔形油膜模型,建立界面滑移狀態(tài)下滑動軸承摩擦阻力計算模型,探究不同界面滑移時影響滑動軸承摩擦阻力的敏感參數(shù),并借助有限元軟件分析不同滑移情況下界面滑移對摩擦阻力的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:軸承的摩擦阻力主要由軸頸線速度、油膜滑移比、進出油口的壓力、油膜厚度和承載力決定,油膜上、下表面均發(fā)生滑移時的摩擦阻力明顯低于無滑移時的摩擦阻力。
[Abstract]:According to the different conditions of slip, the interface slip is divided into four types: no slip, only upper boundary slip, lower boundary slip and two boundary average slip. Based on the mechanical equilibrium equation and Newton's viscous hydrodynamic formula, the wedge oil film model is used. The friction resistance calculation model of sliding bearing under the condition of interface slip is established to explore the sensitive parameters that affect the friction resistance of sliding bearing with different interface slippage. The influence of interfacial slip on friction resistance is analyzed by means of finite element software. The results show that the friction resistance of the bearing is mainly determined by the journal speed, the oil film slip ratio, the pressure of the inlet and outlet, the thickness of the oil film and the bearing capacity. The friction resistance of the lower surface is obviously lower than that of the non-slip surface.
