軸流泵空化流動(dòng)的非定常特性研究

【摘要】:為了研究軸流泵內(nèi)部空化流的非定常特性,基于ANSYS CFX軟件,應(yīng)用SST k-ω湍流模型和RayleighPlesset的均相流空化模型,對(duì)一臺(tái)軸流泵在最優(yōu)工況點(diǎn)下的空化流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了定常與非定常數(shù)值模擬,獲得軸流泵的外特性與空化性能,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。同時(shí)對(duì)泵內(nèi)不同位置、不同空化余量下的壓力脈動(dòng)進(jìn)行了時(shí)域和頻域分析。結(jié)果表明:空泡首先出現(xiàn)在葉片背面進(jìn)口邊輪緣處,隨著空化余量的降低,空泡逐漸向葉片中部發(fā)展,直至覆蓋整個(gè)葉片背面;空化的發(fā)生會(huì)改變?nèi)~片背面的壓力分布,影響泵的性能;葉輪進(jìn)口和出口處監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)的壓力脈動(dòng)具有明顯的周期性,全部有3個(gè)波峰和波谷,與葉片數(shù)緊密相關(guān);空化發(fā)生后,不同工況下葉輪出口壓力波動(dòng)均明顯增強(qiáng),且其主頻均為葉頻。
[Abstract]:In order to study the unsteady characteristics of cavitation flow in an axial flow pump, a steady and unsteady numerical simulation of cavitation flow field of an axial flow pump under optimal operating conditions is carried out by using SST k- 蠅 turbulence model and RayleighPlesset's homogeneous flow cavitation model based on ANSYS CFX software. The external characteristics and cavitation performance of the axial flow pump are obtained and compared with the experimental results. At the same time, the pressure pulsation in different positions and different cavitation residuals in the pump are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain. The results showed that the cavitation first appeared at the flange of the inlet edge of the back of the blade, and with the decrease of cavitation allowance, the cavitation gradually developed to the middle of the blade until it covered the whole back of the blade, and the occurrence of cavitation would change the pressure distribution on the back of the blade. The pressure pulsation at the impeller inlet and outlet has obvious periodicity, all of them have three peaks and troughs, which are closely related to the number of blades. After cavitation, the pressure fluctuation at the outlet of the impeller increases obviously under different working conditions. The main frequency is leaf frequency.
