杠桿力作用下的螺栓聯(lián)接剛度分析

【摘要】:螺栓聯(lián)接由于自身簡(jiǎn)單和實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)成為工程結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用最廣泛的聯(lián)接形式,但是由于幾何結(jié)構(gòu)突變?cè)斐烧麄(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)剛度的變化,使得螺栓成為整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中涉及參數(shù)最多的影響因素,明確剛度特性的變化規(guī)律對(duì)于進(jìn)行包含該結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析是至關(guān)重要的前提。針對(duì)螺栓聯(lián)接的一種受力形式杠桿作用分別討論了兩個(gè)影響因素:預(yù)緊力大小;杠桿力與螺栓中心的距離對(duì)聯(lián)接剛度變化規(guī)律的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,較大的預(yù)緊力可以保證結(jié)構(gòu)的初始剛度,但是影響較為有限,預(yù)緊力增加100%的條件下,初始剛度增加13%;杠桿力與螺栓中心的距離越短,聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的初始剛度就越大,該距離增加30%,剛度降低60%。并基于分析結(jié)果提出了雙指數(shù)形式的擬合公式,并與計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析驗(yàn)證了擬合公式的合理性,該計(jì)算結(jié)果可以為采用螺栓聯(lián)接的工程結(jié)構(gòu)提供剛度計(jì)算分析方法,為此類結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析提供了基礎(chǔ)剛度的研究依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Bolt connection has become the most widely used connection form in engineering structure because of its simplicity and practicability. However, because of the sudden change of geometric structure, the stiffness of the whole structure is changed. The bolt is the most important factor in the whole structure design process. It is very important to determine the variation of stiffness characteristics for the dynamic analysis of the structure. In view of a kind of force form of bolt connection, the influence of two factors: the size of pretension force and the distance between lever force and bolt center on the stiffness of joint are discussed. The calculation results show that the initial stiffness of the structure can be guaranteed by a large pretension force, but the effect is limited. The initial stiffness increases by 13% when the pretension force increases by 100%, and the distance between the lever force and the bolt center is shorter. The greater the initial stiffness of the connection, the greater the distance increases by 30 and the stiffness is reduced by 60. Based on the analysis results, the fitting formula in double exponential form is put forward, and the rationality of the fitting formula is verified by comparing the results with the calculated results, which can provide the stiffness calculation and analysis method for the engineering structures with bolted connections. It provides the foundation stiffness research basis for the dynamic analysis of this kind of structure.
