高壓齒輪泵浮動側板的動態(tài)平衡機理

【摘要】:針對高壓齒輪泵浮動側板磨損問題,在解析齒輪泵內(nèi)部流場的基礎上重點研究浮動側板反推力作用點變化規(guī)律和導致側板產(chǎn)生傾覆力矩的關鍵因素。以某型號高壓大排量齒輪泵為模型,運用CFD軟件解析齒輪泵內(nèi)部流場并根據(jù)側板結構特點建立壓緊力和反推力的求解微分方程,求得一個輪齒嚙合周期內(nèi)的側板傾覆力矩變化規(guī)律,同時通過建立齒輪泵工作腔壓力測試系統(tǒng)對該理論分析結果進行驗證。結果顯示:額定工況下試驗值與理論值的誤差為4.18%,當齒輪轉角φ=14°時傾覆力矩達到最大值Ms=82.16 N·m。該研究結果可為高壓大排量齒輪泵浮動側板傾覆力矩計算和側板結構優(yōu)化設計提供理論基礎和技術支撐。
[Abstract]:In view of the wear problem of floating side plate of high pressure gear pump, based on the analysis of internal flow field of gear pump, the variation law of reverse thrust point of floating side plate and the key factors leading to the overturning moment of side plate are studied emphatically. Taking a certain type of high pressure and large displacement gear pump as a model, the internal flow field of gear pump is analyzed by CFD software, and the differential equations of compression force and reverse thrust are established according to the structural characteristics of side plate. The law of overturning moment of side plate in a gear tooth meshing period is obtained, and the theoretical analysis results are verified by establishing a pressure measurement system for the working cavity of gear pump. The results show that the error between the test value and the theoretical value is 4.18 under rated working condition. When the gear rotation angle is 14 擄, the overturning moment reaches the maximum value of 82.16 N / m. The results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the calculation of overturning moment of floating side plate of high pressure and large displacement gear pump and the optimization design of side plate structure.
