二階連續(xù)變截面渦旋壓縮機(jī)的綜合特性分析

【摘要】:渦旋壓縮機(jī)以其高效節(jié)能、微振低噪等明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)而備受關(guān)注,廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、真空泵、制冷等行業(yè)。渦旋壓縮機(jī)因其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行方式的獨(dú)特性,使其關(guān)鍵零部件渦旋盤的幾何與力學(xué)特性直接影響著渦旋壓縮機(jī)性能的提高,因此渦旋式壓縮機(jī)綜合特性的研究分析具有重要意義。組合型渦旋壓縮機(jī)在減少渦旋圈數(shù)的同時(shí)又能實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓比,縮短了工作介質(zhì)在腔內(nèi)的流動(dòng)時(shí)間,減少了泄漏量,因此組合型線渦旋壓縮機(jī)的研究得到了廣泛的關(guān)注及在工業(yè)上的大量應(yīng)用。目前研究較多的變截面組合型線多是以一階連續(xù)為光滑邊界條件構(gòu)造而成的,對(duì)于以二階連續(xù)為條件構(gòu)造的組合型線的研究分析少之又少。針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了一種新型二階連續(xù)的組合渦旋型線,并建立幾何模型及力學(xué)模型,通過對(duì)所建模型的聯(lián)立求解,并與一階連續(xù)組合型線渦旋壓縮機(jī)的力學(xué)特性數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析不同型線之間的構(gòu)造方式對(duì)其工程性能的影響。具體內(nèi)容有以下四方面:(1)以圓漸開線—高次曲線—圓漸開線為母線構(gòu)造組合渦旋型線,通過對(duì)渦旋型線及其工作過程的分析建立工作腔的動(dòng)態(tài)容積模型,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,依據(jù)整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)特性進(jìn)一步完成對(duì)力學(xué)模型的構(gòu)建。(2)運(yùn)用MATLAB分析軟件對(duì)所建的容積和力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,首先分析壓縮腔容積特性和工作介質(zhì)的壓力-時(shí)間歷程,其次分析工作運(yùn)行條件中的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,尤以軸向、切向及徑向氣體力為主,并將二階連續(xù)與一階連續(xù)的進(jìn)行綜合對(duì)比,闡述了兩者的優(yōu)勢(shì)與差異。結(jié)果表明:型線的不同構(gòu)造方式對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的影響顯著,其中軸向氣體力波動(dòng)相差不大,一般在5N以內(nèi),而切向和徑向氣體力的幅值波動(dòng)和變化速率有顯著影響。當(dāng)曲軸轉(zhuǎn)至型線連接點(diǎn)處,二階連續(xù)和一階連續(xù)的作用力差值達(dá)到最大。(3)研究組合型線在連接點(diǎn)處連續(xù)性條件對(duì)其綜合性能的影響,選取不同的連接點(diǎn)展角1j,2j及高次曲線弧長(zhǎng),通過MATLAB軟件對(duì)所建立的容積模型和力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解分析,將所得的二階連續(xù)組合型線的分析結(jié)果和一階連續(xù)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:連接點(diǎn)展角位置及高次曲線弧長(zhǎng)主要影響切向和徑向氣體力的波動(dòng)波動(dòng)和變化速率。(4)基于現(xiàn)有加工設(shè)備對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的渦旋盤進(jìn)行實(shí)體加工,并采用表面粗糙度儀對(duì)渦旋盤精度進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明:曲率連續(xù)變化有利于提高渦旋盤的加工精度,對(duì)于渦旋盤嚙合過程中的接觸剛度和疲勞強(qiáng)度有較好的改善。
[Abstract]:Scroll compressor is widely used in air conditioning, vacuum pump, refrigeration and other industries because of its obvious advantages such as high efficiency and energy saving, small vibration and low noise. Because of the unique structure design and operation mode of the scroll compressor, the geometric and mechanical properties of the scroll disk, the key component of the scroll compressor, have a direct impact on the performance improvement of the scroll compressor. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and analyze the comprehensive characteristics of scroll compressor. The combined scroll compressor can reduce the number of vortex circles at the same time realize the high pressure ratio, shorten the flow time of the working medium in the cavity, and reduce the leakage. Therefore, the research of combined vortex compressor has been widely concerned and widely used in industry. At present, most of the combinatorial lines with variable cross-section are constructed under the smooth boundary condition of first order continuity, but the analysis of combinatorial lines with second-order continuous condition is very rare. In view of this situation, a new type of second order continuous combined vortex profile is proposed, and a geometric model and a mechanical model are established. Compared with the results of mechanical characteristics of the first order continuous combined line scroll compressor, the influence of the construction mode between different profiles on its engineering performance is analyzed. The main contents are as follows: (1) taking the circular involute, high order curve and circular involute as the busbar to construct the combined vortex profile, the dynamic volumetric model of the working cavity is established through the analysis of the vortex profile and its working process, on the basis of which the dynamic volume model of the working cavity is established. According to the structural characteristics of the whole machine, the construction of the mechanical model is further completed. The MATLAB analysis software is used to solve the volume and mechanical model. Firstly, the volume characteristics of the compressed cavity and the pressure-time history of the working medium are analyzed. Secondly, the dynamic characteristics of the working conditions are analyzed, especially the axial, tangential and radial gas forces, and the advantages and differences between the second order continuous and the first continuous are comprehensively compared. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism are significantly affected by the different structural modes of the profile, in which the axial gas force fluctuates little, generally within 5 N, while the amplitude fluctuation and the rate of change of the tangential and radial gas forces are significantly affected. When the crankshaft turns to the joint point of the shape line, the difference between the second order continuous force and the first order continuous force reaches the maximum.) the influence of the continuity condition of the combined shape line at the joint point on its comprehensive performance is studied. The different joint point extension angle 1J / 2j and the arc length of the high order curve are selected. The volume model and mechanical model are solved and analyzed by MATLAB software, and the results of the second order continuous combined profile are compared with the first-order continuous data. The results show that the angle position of joint point and arc length of high order curve mainly affect the fluctuation and change rate of tangential and radial gas forces. The surface roughness instrument is used to detect the accuracy of the scroll disk. The results show that the continuous change of curvature is helpful to improve the machining accuracy of the scroll disk, and the contact stiffness and fatigue strength of the vortex disk during meshing are improved better.
