【摘要】：滾動軸承工作過程中,由于熱變形將引起軸承工作游隙的變化,使軸承實際工作在不合理的游隙區(qū)間。本文分析了熱變形與滾動軸承工作游隙的關系,淺談了裝配預緊力及轉(zhuǎn)速對游隙變化的影響。研究結論可用于指導軸承的使用者根據(jù)軸承的實際工作溫度、轉(zhuǎn)速、裝配時應力大小,計算選擇合適的初始游隙與軸承和軸的配合公差,從而保證軸承在長期穩(wěn)定運行時處于合理的工作游隙。
[Abstract]:During the working process of rolling bearing, the change of working clearance will be caused by thermal deformation, which makes the bearing work in unreasonable clearance area. In this paper, the relationship between hot deformation and working clearance of rolling bearing is analyzed, and the influence of assembly preloading force and rotating speed on clearance change is discussed. The conclusions can be used to guide the users of bearings to calculate and select the suitable initial clearance and bearing and shaft tolerance according to the actual working temperature, rotational speed and stress size of the bearing. So as to ensure that the bearing in long-term stable operation in a reasonable working clearance.
