【摘要】：重要部位結(jié)合面螺栓采用冷拉伸長(zhǎng)量安裝是既保證安裝精度又提高安裝效率的安裝方式,這種方法將逐步取代大螺栓熱緊安裝方法,延長(zhǎng)螺栓使用壽命。文章通過對(duì)G324A燃兼壓氣缸中分面螺栓冷拉伸長(zhǎng)試驗(yàn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題分析以及應(yīng)力校核,對(duì)獲得合理的螺栓伸長(zhǎng)量的過程進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)螺栓冷拉安裝進(jìn)行更深的了解。
[Abstract]:The installation of cold drawing elongation is the way to ensure the installation accuracy and improve the installation efficiency. This method will gradually replace the hot tightening installation method of the large bolts and prolong the service life of the bolts. This paper introduces the process of obtaining reasonable bolt elongation by analyzing the problems in the cold tensile elongation test of split face bolts in G324A combustible cylinder and checking the stress, and makes a deeper understanding of the cold drawing installation of bolts.
