【摘要】：提出一種由2個(gè)不同的三自由度并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)串接而成的混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu),針對(duì)下端和上端并聯(lián)模塊分別建立速度雅可比矩陣,然后通過(guò)上下兩個(gè)并聯(lián)模塊的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,建立整個(gè)混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的整體雅可比矩陣.雅可比矩陣是分析機(jī)構(gòu)奇異位形的基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)令機(jī)構(gòu)整體雅可比矩陣行列式為零,從而得到機(jī)構(gòu)奇異的非線(xiàn)性方程來(lái)研究混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的奇異位形,同時(shí)運(yùn)用MAPLE軟件繪制出機(jī)構(gòu)的奇異軌跡.該方法建立了由2個(gè)并聯(lián)模塊組成的混聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的雅可比矩陣,具有一定的理論意義.
[Abstract]:A hybrid mechanism consisting of two different 3-DOF parallel mechanisms is proposed. The velocity Jacobian matrix is established for the lower and upper end parallel modules respectively, and then the kinematic relationship between the two parallel modules is obtained. The whole Jacobian matrix of the whole hybrid mechanism is established. Jacobian matrix is the basis of analyzing the singular configuration of the mechanism. By making the global Jacobian matrix determinant of the mechanism zero, the singular nonlinear equation of the mechanism is obtained to study the singular configuration of the hybrid mechanism. At the same time, the singularity track of the mechanism is plotted by MAPLE software. The Jacobian matrix of a hybrid mechanism composed of two parallel modules is established by this method, which has certain theoretical significance.
