滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副可靠性與加速試驗(yàn)方法研究

【摘要】:以國家科技重大專項(xiàng)"功能部件測試試驗(yàn)共性技術(shù)研究與能力建設(shè)(2016ZX04004007)"中關(guān)于滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副可靠性的內(nèi)容為背景,根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合加速試驗(yàn)方法,挖掘了導(dǎo)軌的可靠性指標(biāo),結(jié)合案例進(jìn)行導(dǎo)軌的故障分類;設(shè)計(jì)了導(dǎo)軌可靠性與加速試驗(yàn),選取定時(shí)截尾試驗(yàn)方式設(shè)計(jì)了導(dǎo)軌驗(yàn)收試驗(yàn)方案,最后對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和評估。建立了一套完整的適用于滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副可靠性與加速試驗(yàn)及其分析的流程,并驗(yàn)證了其可行性,為此類研究提供了依據(jù)。首先對試驗(yàn)的設(shè)備、應(yīng)力條件、環(huán)境條件、維護(hù)條件等進(jìn)行說明,制定試驗(yàn)剖面后,抽取導(dǎo)軌樣件,進(jìn)行導(dǎo)軌環(huán)境試驗(yàn)和篩選試驗(yàn),為可靠性與加速試驗(yàn)的開展做好準(zhǔn)備?偨Y(jié)歸納了一套針對滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副的可靠性與加速試驗(yàn)的方法,開展試驗(yàn),制定了各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平下的驗(yàn)收方案,選用定時(shí)截尾的試驗(yàn)方案進(jìn)行研究。為提高滾動(dòng)直線導(dǎo)軌副的可靠性水平提供了完整的試驗(yàn)方法。基于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對導(dǎo)軌平均故障間隔時(shí)間(MTBF)指標(biāo)測定進(jìn)行深入挖掘;對導(dǎo)軌質(zhì)量水平進(jìn)行無故障評判,分析了國內(nèi)外導(dǎo)軌產(chǎn)品的可靠性水平差異;選取加速壽命試驗(yàn)案例,結(jié)合威布爾分布和圖估計(jì)等方法進(jìn)行評定,驗(yàn)證了估計(jì)方法的準(zhǔn)確性。完善了試驗(yàn)評估體系,具有較強(qiáng)的工程意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the content of reliability of rolling linear guideway pair in the National Science and Technology Project "General Technology Research and capacity Building of functional component Test Test", according to the current research situation at home and abroad, combined with accelerated test method, the reliability of rolling linear guideway pair is considered as the background. The reliability index of the guide rail is excavated, the fault classification of the guide rail is carried out in combination with the case, the reliability and acceleration test of the guide rail is designed, and the acceptance test scheme of the guide rail is designed by selecting the method of the timing truncation test. Finally, the test results are analyzed and evaluated. A complete set of flow chart for reliability and acceleration test and analysis of rolling linear guideway pair is established, and its feasibility is verified, which provides a basis for this kind of research. First, the test equipment, stress condition, environment condition and maintenance condition are explained. After drawing up the test section, the guide rail sample is extracted, and the guide rail environmental test and screening test are carried out, so as to prepare for the development of reliability and acceleration test. This paper summarizes a set of methods of reliability and acceleration test for rolling linear guideway pairs, carries out tests, formulates acceptance schemes under various risk levels, and selects the test scheme of timing truncation to carry out research. A complete test method is provided for improving the reliability level of rolling linear guideway pair. Based on the test results, the average fault interval time (MTBF) index of guideway is deeply excavated, the quality level of guideway is judged without fault, and the reliability level difference between domestic and foreign guideway products is analyzed, and the accelerated life test case is selected. The accuracy of the estimation method is verified by combining Weibull distribution and graph estimation. The test evaluation system is improved and has strong engineering significance.
