基于TRIZ理論的行星齒輪系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計

【摘要】:在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程中,各行各業(yè)都在向功能化、多樣化、自動化、個性化發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品競爭愈演愈烈,企業(yè)為了滿足市場需求和保持競爭力,就不得不持續(xù)地尋求創(chuàng)新。因此,如何創(chuàng)新和提高產(chǎn)品的競爭力,是當(dāng)前全球各行各業(yè)都在探索的熱點。而發(fā)明問題解決理論—TRIZ作為解決工程問題的強(qiáng)大系統(tǒng)化創(chuàng)新工具,被越來越多研發(fā)人員用來解決工程問題。本文結(jié)合TRIZ理論和行星齒輪系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,對現(xiàn)有的行星齒輪專利利用TRIZ理論中的競爭性專利規(guī)避技術(shù)進(jìn)行求解,進(jìn)而形成創(chuàng)新性的方案,針對特定工況,對新方案進(jìn)行機(jī)械設(shè)計,并運(yùn)用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)對之進(jìn)行驗證。主要內(nèi)容如下:第一:通過遴選大量專利文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)歸納出基于TRIZ理論的專利規(guī)避流程。依據(jù)專利規(guī)避流程,通過檢索詞“行星齒輪”“浮動”,完成對專利的初選。再通過專利IPC分類號中的技術(shù)主題,篩選出適合的發(fā)明專利。利用TRIZ的功能分析工具,對專利進(jìn)行功能分析,得到其功能模型,然后對核心組件實施裁剪,并利用TRIZ工具對裁剪模型進(jìn)行求解,得到創(chuàng)新性的方案,完成概念設(shè)計。第二:對得到的新方案,依據(jù)實際工況,進(jìn)行機(jī)械設(shè)計,得到各部位零件的具體尺寸。依據(jù)已有的尺寸,利用三維PTC Creo實體建模軟件完成對零件體和裝配體的建模。第三:利用PTC Creo軟件中的Simulate結(jié)構(gòu)分析模塊對典型零件體進(jìn)行機(jī)械強(qiáng)度分析,驗證設(shè)計參數(shù)的合理性。第四:利用PTC Creo軟件中的Mechanism機(jī)構(gòu)仿真模塊,通過建立約束和連接,施加相應(yīng)的驅(qū)動,得到機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的虛擬樣機(jī),經(jīng)過仿真就可以得到各構(gòu)件的機(jī)械性能(位移、速度、加速度和力等)曲線,驗證裝置的可行性。我們的工作證明,應(yīng)用TRIZ專利規(guī)避技術(shù)來規(guī)避競爭對手的專利是行之有效的,對我國企業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有很強(qiáng)的實用價值,指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of the world economy and the process of economic globalization, various industries are becoming functional, diversified, automated, personalized development, product competition intensified, enterprises in order to meet market demand and maintain competitiveness, You have to keep looking for innovation. Therefore, how to innovate and improve the competitiveness of products is a hot spot in various industries all over the world. As a powerful systematic and innovative tool to solve engineering problems, the theory of inventing problem solving-Triz is used by more and more R & D personnel to solve engineering problems. Combined with TRIZ theory and the current situation of planetary gear system at home and abroad, this paper solves the existing planetary gear patent by using the competitive patent circumvention technology in TRIZ theory, and then forms an innovative scheme, aiming at specific working conditions. The mechanical design of the new scheme is carried out, and the virtual prototype technology is used to verify it. The main contents are as follows: first, through the selection of a large number of patent literature, summed up and concluded based on TRIZ theory of patent evasion process. According to the patent circumvention process, the patent selection is completed by using the key word "planetary gear" and "floating". Then through the technical theme of patent IPC classification number, the suitable invention patent is selected. By using the function analysis tool of TRIZ, the functional model of patent is obtained, and then the core components are clipped, and the clipping model is solved by TRIZ tool. The innovative scheme is obtained and the conceptual design is completed. Second, according to the actual working conditions, mechanical design is carried out to obtain the specific dimensions of the parts. According to the existing dimensions, 3D PTC Creo solid modeling software is used to complete the modeling of parts and assembly parts. Third, the mechanical strength of typical parts is analyzed by using Simulate structure analysis module in PTC Creo software, and the rationality of design parameters is verified. Fourth: using the Mechanism mechanism simulation module in the PTC Creo software, by establishing the constraint and connection, applying the corresponding drive, the virtual prototype of the mechanical system can be obtained, and the mechanical properties (displacement, speed, speed) of each component can be obtained by simulation. Acceleration and force curves to verify the feasibility of the device. Our work has proved that it is effective to use TRIZ patent evading technology to circumvent the patent of competitors. It is of great practical value and guidance to the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises.
