基于模糊Smith控制的智能閥門定位器

【摘要】:針對工業(yè)調(diào)節(jié)閥中廣泛存在的時滯現(xiàn)象,提出一種基于模糊原理的帶有Smith預(yù)估器的智能閥門定位器控制方法。分析智能閥門定位器的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,通過設(shè)計Smith預(yù)估器補償滯后時間,實現(xiàn)超前響應(yīng),克服時滯對系統(tǒng)性能的影響;通過模糊控制與PID控制結(jié)合,設(shè)計調(diào)整模糊規(guī)則,實現(xiàn)控制器參數(shù)的自整定。兩者結(jié)合構(gòu)成模糊Smith方法,提高了系統(tǒng)的動靜態(tài)性能。模糊內(nèi)�?刂破鲗朔䲡r滯、提高系統(tǒng)性能有良好的效果,將模糊Smith器與模糊內(nèi)�?刂破骷癙ID控制器進行仿真研究對比。仿真結(jié)果表明,模糊Smith控制方法比模糊內(nèi)�?刂品椒ê蛡鹘y(tǒng)PID方法更能有效地提高調(diào)節(jié)閥的快速性,克服時滯,改善系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:An intelligent valve positioner control method with Smith predictor based on fuzzy principle is proposed in this paper. This paper analyzes the structure and principle of intelligent valve positioner, designs Smith predictor to compensate lag time, realizes advance response, overcomes the influence of time delay on system performance, designs and adjusts fuzzy rules by combining fuzzy control with PID control. The self-tuning of controller parameters is realized. The fuzzy Smith method is combined to improve the dynamic and dynamic performance of the system. The fuzzy internal model controller has a good effect on overcoming the delay and improving the system performance. The fuzzy Smith controller is compared with the fuzzy internal model controller and the PID controller. The simulation results show that the fuzzy Smith control method is more effective than the fuzzy internal model control method and the traditional PID method in improving the speed of the control valve, overcoming the delay and improving the system performance.
