潤滑介質(zhì)對(duì)摩擦性能影響差異分析

【摘要】:L-CKD150潤滑油和復(fù)合鋰基潤滑脂廣泛運(yùn)用于石油裝備潤滑減磨。為研究2種潤滑介質(zhì)對(duì)摩擦副摩擦磨損性能及磨損機(jī)制的影響差異,采用MMW-1型微機(jī)控制立式萬能摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī),開展不同接觸壓力和線速度及不同潤滑環(huán)境下摩擦學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)工況下,銷-盤摩擦副表面以磨粒磨損為主,同時(shí)存在黏著磨損;相比于L-CKD150潤滑工況,復(fù)合鋰基潤滑脂潤滑時(shí)銷-盤表面黏著磨損更為嚴(yán)重,進(jìn)而加大摩擦因數(shù)的波動(dòng)幅度,最大波動(dòng)幅度為L-CKD150潤滑下的3.7倍;盤試樣表面磨粒磨損與接觸壓力有關(guān),0.5 MPa接觸壓力下,L-CKD150潤滑時(shí)磨粒磨損較嚴(yán)重,1.5 MPa下則復(fù)合鋰基潤滑脂潤滑時(shí)更嚴(yán)重,磨粒磨損是影響盤試樣磨損量差異的主要因素。
[Abstract]:L-CKD150 lubricating oil and compound lithium grease are widely used in oil equipment lubrication and wear reduction. In order to study the influence of two kinds of lubricating media on friction and wear performance and wear mechanism of friction pair, MMW-1 microcomputer controlled vertical universal friction and wear tester was adopted. Tribological experiments under different contact pressure, linear velocity and lubricating environment were carried out. The results show that the surface of the pin-disk friction pair is mainly abrasive wear under the experimental condition, and there is adhesive wear at the same time, compared with the L-CKD150 lubricating condition, the pin-disc surface adhesion wear is more serious when the composite lithium grease is lubricated. Then the fluctuation range of friction coefficient is increased, the maximum fluctuation range is 3. 7 times as much as that under L-CKD150 lubrication. The abrasive wear on the surface of disk specimen is related to the contact pressure. The abrasive wear of L-CKD150 lubricated is more serious than that of compound lithium grease lubricated at 0. 5 MPa contact pressure. Abrasive wear is the main factor that affects the wear quantity of disc specimen.
