【摘要】：變速箱的研制過(guò)程中,臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)已成為不可或缺的一部分,為了降低企業(yè)的試驗(yàn)成本,研制與開(kāi)發(fā)適合企業(yè)產(chǎn)品序列的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)成為必然。結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,研制一套能滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)要求的疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái),包括試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的搭建、試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的調(diào)試與運(yùn)行等。在滿足試驗(yàn)臺(tái)運(yùn)行要求外,試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)力求操作簡(jiǎn)單易維護(hù)。根據(jù)疲勞試驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn),完成了疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì),研究分析確定采用電封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)。加載控制和驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)采用共直流母線結(jié)構(gòu),驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)工作在電動(dòng)狀態(tài),加載電機(jī)工作在發(fā)電狀態(tài),設(shè)備消耗的電能只用來(lái)維持系統(tǒng)的工作條件和補(bǔ)償機(jī)電損耗。所以試驗(yàn)臺(tái)具有節(jié)能環(huán)保的特點(diǎn)。在研究分析企業(yè)變速箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的機(jī)械部分設(shè)計(jì)。使試驗(yàn)臺(tái)不僅能完成前置前驅(qū)的變速箱試驗(yàn),還能完成前置后驅(qū)的變速箱試驗(yàn),同時(shí)兼顧四驅(qū)變速箱試驗(yàn)的搭載。設(shè)計(jì)了以PLC、變頻器和轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)矩傳感器為核心的控制系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)PLC對(duì)變頻器的控制,使試驗(yàn)臺(tái)具備以下功能:手動(dòng)試驗(yàn)和自動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、正拖/反拖試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ�、變轉(zhuǎn)速或變轉(zhuǎn)矩的試驗(yàn)�；贚abVIEW圖形化編程便捷的優(yōu)點(diǎn),開(kāi)發(fā)了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的監(jiān)控軟件。通過(guò)工控機(jī)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)條件的設(shè)置和試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理、存儲(chǔ)及調(diào)用,并進(jìn)行故障報(bào)警。
[Abstract]:In the process of development of gearbox, bench test has become an indispensable part. In order to reduce the test cost of the enterprise, it is inevitable to develop a test bed suitable for the enterprise product sequence. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, a set of fatigue test-bed which can meet the actual production requirements is developed, including the overall scheme design of the test-bed, the construction of the test-bed, the debugging and operation of the test-bed, etc. In order to meet the operational requirements of the test bed, the design of the test bed is simple and easy to maintain. According to the characteristics of fatigue test, the overall scheme design of fatigue test bench is completed, and the electric closed structure is adopted in the research and analysis. The load control and drive control system adopts the common DC bus structure, the driving motor works in the electric state, and the load motor works in the power generation state. The electric energy consumed by the equipment is only used to maintain the working conditions of the system and to compensate for the electromechanical loss. So the test bed has the characteristic of energy saving and environmental protection. Based on the study and analysis of the structural characteristics of the gearbox, the mechanical design of the test bench is completed. The test bench can not only finish the gearbox test of front drive, but also finish the gearbox test of pre- and post-drive, at the same time, the test of four-drive gearbox can be taken into account. A control system based on PLC, frequency converter and torque sensor is designed. Through the control of frequency converter by PLC, the test bench has the following functions: manual test and automatic test, forward towing / reverse towing test mode, variable speed or torque change test. Based on the advantages of LabVIEW graphical programming, the monitoring software of the test bench is developed. Through the setting of test conditions and the real-time monitoring of the test state, the data acquisition, processing, storage and transfer are realized, and the fault alarm is given.
