含鉍鋁基軸承材料摩擦磨損性能研究

【摘要】:鋁基滑動軸承合金是一種質(zhì)量輕、比強(qiáng)度高、導(dǎo)熱性好的軸承材料,具有良好耐腐蝕和減摩耐磨性能,在機(jī)械、汽車、航空航天等領(lǐng)域中有廣泛應(yīng)用。鋁錫合金材料質(zhì)量輕且具有良好的減摩耐磨性、順應(yīng)性、嵌藏性和一定的抗咬合能力,正愈來愈多地代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的銅基和巴氏合金。為進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮鋁基軸承高比強(qiáng)度、良好摩擦學(xué)特性等優(yōu)勢,改善鋁錫合金在承載能力及摩擦學(xué)性能方面的不足,本文在2A12基體中添加低熔點組元Bi,進(jìn)一步研究了Bi添加量為0wt.%~8wt.%的2A12合金的力學(xué)及摩擦學(xué)性能;試驗過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)Bi在鋁基體中較易發(fā)生偏析,對于準(zhǔn)確研究其對鋁基軸承合金摩擦磨損性能的影響較為不利,為此對含Bi鋁基軸承材料的制備工藝進(jìn)行了一定的優(yōu)化,探討了工藝優(yōu)化后含鉍2A12合金的力學(xué)和摩擦磨損等性能,并將含Bi 2A12合金與含Sn合金進(jìn)行對比。研究表明:鑄造工藝的優(yōu)化有利于Bi相均勻分布的均質(zhì)合金的形成,熔煉溫度為800℃,冷卻方式采用100℃水冷,另外采用200r/min的機(jī)械方式攪拌效果較好。低熔點組元Bi的添加降低了材料的力學(xué)性能,但降低的程度明顯低于錫對材料力學(xué)性能的影響;隨著Bi含量的增加,鋁基材料摩擦磨損狀況得到明顯改善,承載能力也相應(yīng)提高,與相同含量的含錫材料相比,含Bi合金材料強(qiáng)度高、摩擦學(xué)性能好。低熔點組元鉍與錫相似,在摩擦過程中軟化熔化析出,降低接觸區(qū)域的剪切強(qiáng)度,避免粘著撕裂的發(fā)生,起到較好的減摩抗粘著作用,而且由于球狀分布的富Bi相對基體割裂作用較小,使基體合金保持較好的承載能力,從而使含Bi鋁基軸承材料在逐級加載條件下綜合表現(xiàn)較好。
[Abstract]:Al-base sliding bearing alloy is a kind of bearing material with light weight, high specific strength and good thermal conductivity. It has good corrosion resistance and friction-reducing wear resistance, and has been widely used in mechanical, automotive, aerospace and other fields. Aluminum-tin alloy materials with light weight, good friction and wear resistance, compliance, inclusiveness and certain bite resistance are more and more replacing the traditional copper base and Babbitt alloy. In order to give full play to the advantages of high specific strength and good tribological properties of Al-base bearings, and to improve the load-carrying capacity and tribological properties of Al-Sn alloy, In this paper, the mechanical and tribological properties of 2A12 alloy with Bi content of 0wt.% and 8wt.% have been further studied by adding low melting point component Bi into 2A12 matrix, and the segregation of Bi in aluminum matrix has been found during the experiment. In order to accurately study its influence on the friction and wear properties of Al-base bearing alloy, the preparation process of the bearing material containing Bi was optimized. The mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of bismuth containing 2A12 alloy were discussed, and the comparison between Bi 2A12 alloy and Sn containing alloy was carried out. The results show that the optimization of casting technology is advantageous to the formation of homogeneous alloy with homogeneous distribution of Bi phase. The melting temperature is 800 鈩,
