【摘要】:為提高機架螺紋連接壽命,運用彈塑性接觸有限元方法對拉桿連接螺紋進行強度分析,結合參數(shù)化建模,建立考慮牙間均載和應力峰值的多目標優(yōu)化模型,采用徑向基函數(shù)(RBF)神經網絡方法和帶精英策略的非支配排序遺傳算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解。結果表明:牙側角約為15°時,牙間軸向載荷分布不均勻率減小13.6%,等效應力峰值減小6.9%,第一主應力峰值減小11.5%。
