基于狹小空間的輸送線提升機(jī)集成設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:查閱資料可以發(fā)現(xiàn),國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)提升設(shè)備的種類細(xì)分大致有三百多種。但這三百種提升設(shè)備中大部分都是散料提升機(jī),其中可以實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝物運(yùn)輸?shù)闹挥邪舜箢?不到50種。通過仔細(xì)研究可發(fā)現(xiàn)在這八大類中能同時(shí)滿足承運(yùn)物為易臟易損壞的紙箱并且需要運(yùn)輸?shù)募埾涑叽缈缍容^大,另外能實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向運(yùn)輸?shù)闹挥形宕箢?2種。最后,將通過初篩的五類方案帶入調(diào)研得到的場地實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的方案并不能同時(shí)滿足一些特殊的使用場地與使用要求,即設(shè)備可占用的水平投影方向上的長度與寬度狹小但卻要實(shí)現(xiàn)大提升高度的運(yùn)輸,并且保證強(qiáng)運(yùn)輸穩(wěn)定性與高生產(chǎn)效率。但查閱文獻(xiàn)之后發(fā)現(xiàn)此類輸送線上的提升機(jī)在國內(nèi)外輸送線設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)企業(yè)從未進(jìn)行過產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工作。所以,通過對現(xiàn)有方案的可行性進(jìn)行分析,并使用約束理論根據(jù)場地調(diào)研得到的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,通過CRT框圖與CRD框圖分別對系統(tǒng)問題進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)描述。進(jìn)而尋找到造成提升機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)的本質(zhì)問題與核心問題,從而確定導(dǎo)致問題產(chǎn)生的矛盾沖突為,對空間的占用既要擴(kuò)大又要盡可能的減小。隨后依托TRIZ理論中的分離原理為指導(dǎo),設(shè)計(jì)了三種全新的輸送線提升機(jī)方案。使用模糊綜合評價(jià)法從三種輸送線提升機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案中評選出了最優(yōu)方案。并完成了最優(yōu)方案的零件細(xì)化、三維建模與裝配。因?yàn)槲恼卵芯康膶儆诠こ虒?shí)際問題,所以最終將細(xì)化之后的設(shè)備從空間布局與節(jié)拍效率的角度分別驗(yàn)證了全新集成設(shè)計(jì)的輸送線提升機(jī)的可行性。為以后的研究人員再遇到此類場地情況提供了多種可以用來參考的思路與方案。
[Abstract]:Access to information can be found, the existing domestic and foreign traditional lifting equipment types of subdivision roughly more than 300. But most of the 300 lifting equipment are bulk hoists, among which only eight categories, less than 50 kinds of packaging can be transported. Through careful study, it can be found that in these eight kinds of cartons, the cartons which are easily dirty and easily damaged and need to be transported have a large size span, and only 22 kinds of cartons which can realize two-way transportation can be carried out in five major categories at the same time. Finally, five kinds of schemes are brought into the site to verify the actual situation. It is found that the existing scheme can not meet some special requirements for the use of the equipment, that is, the length and width of the horizontal projection direction occupied by the equipment are narrow, but the transportation with a large elevation should be realized. And ensure strong transport stability and high production efficiency. But after consulting the literature, it is found that the hoist on the conveyer line has never been developed and designed in domestic and foreign transportation line design and production enterprises. Therefore, by analyzing the feasibility of the existing scheme and combining the constraint theory according to the actual situation obtained from site investigation, the system problems are described by CRT block diagram and CRD block diagram respectively. Then find out the essential problem and the core problem that cause the difficulty in the design of the hoist, and then determine the contradiction and conflict that lead to the problem: the occupation of the space should be expanded and reduced as much as possible. Then, based on the separation principle of TRIZ theory, three new conveying line hoist schemes are designed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the optimal scheme from the design of three kinds of conveyer hoist. The parts refinement, three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the optimal scheme are completed. Because the research in this paper belongs to the practical engineering problem, the feasibility of the new integrated design conveying line hoist is verified from the angle of space layout and rhythm efficiency. It provides a variety of ideas and schemes for future researchers to meet such site situation.
