【摘要】:文章闡述了液壓油污染的原因及液壓油污染對(duì)液壓設(shè)備所造成的危害,介紹了國(guó)際上使用的三種液壓油污染度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及我國(guó)制定的液壓油污染度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了液壓油污染的三種檢測(cè)方法和防止液壓油污染應(yīng)采取的具體措施,為液壓設(shè)備的正確維護(hù)及使用提供了一定的參考。液壓設(shè)備的液壓油污染控制貫穿于整個(gè)日常維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)過(guò)程,要求操作者和修理人員在每一步都要考慮到保潔措施,最大限度降低系統(tǒng)污染,確保液壓設(shè)備能夠安全、可靠地運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the causes of hydraulic oil pollution and the harm caused by hydraulic oil pollution to hydraulic equipment, and introduces three kinds of hydraulic oil pollution standards used in the world, as well as the hydraulic oil pollution standards formulated in China. Three detection methods of hydraulic oil pollution and concrete measures to prevent hydraulic oil pollution are put forward, which provide a certain reference for the correct maintenance and use of hydraulic equipment. The hydraulic oil pollution control of hydraulic equipment runs through the whole daily maintenance and maintenance process. Operators and repairers are required to take cleaning measures into account at every step, to minimize system pollution and to ensure the safety of hydraulic equipment. Run reliably.
