材料表面品質(zhì)相似度與摩擦因數(shù)關(guān)系

【摘要】:采用大止推圈摩擦副,針對(duì)兩個(gè)物體在相互摩擦過(guò)程中,材料配合的相互耦合摩擦現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。選取模糊聚類分析法建立計(jì)算模型,研究對(duì)摩兩表面品質(zhì)相似度與摩擦因數(shù)的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:兩對(duì)摩表面品質(zhì)的相似度與摩擦因數(shù)之間明顯相關(guān);在干摩擦試驗(yàn)各參數(shù)相同條件下,隨著對(duì)摩表面品質(zhì)相似度的增大其摩擦因數(shù)也增大。計(jì)算得到的表面相似度與摩擦因數(shù)Pearson相關(guān)性大于0.8,證明所提出的表面品質(zhì)相似度計(jì)算模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:A large thrust ring friction pair is used to study the coupling friction phenomenon of two materials in the process of friction. The fuzzy cluster analysis method was selected to establish the calculation model, and the relationship between the similarity of surface quality and friction coefficient was studied. The experimental results show that the similarity between the surface quality of two pairs of friction is obviously related to the friction coefficient, and the friction coefficient increases with the increase of the similarity of the friction surface quality under the same conditions of dry friction test. The correlation between the surface similarity and the friction coefficient Pearson is greater than 0.8, which proves the correctness of the proposed surface quality similarity calculation model.
