考慮摩擦切向力的彈塑性粗糙表面接觸模型

【摘要】:基于接觸微凸體由彈性變形向彈塑性變形及最終向完全塑性變形的轉化皆是連續(xù)和光滑的假設,提出一種綜合考慮彈塑性變形以及摩擦切向力等因素的新型粗糙表面接觸模型。通過分析不同塑性指數(shù)以及載荷條件下該模型與ZMC模型以及GW模型預測。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):在低塑性指數(shù)、小法向接觸載荷情況下,該模型預測的真實接觸面積相比ZMC模型偏小,甚至比GW模型預測的真實接觸面積偏小,但是隨著法向接觸載荷的增加,該模型預測的真實接觸面積逐漸增大,并超過ZMC模型以及GW模型預測結果;在高塑性指數(shù)下,該模型預測的真實接觸面積即使在小法向接觸載荷情況下也相比ZMC模型以及GW模型預測的真實接觸面積大,且隨著載荷的增加,真實面積之間的差距也逐漸增大;隨著塑性指數(shù)的增加,該模型預測的真實面積超過GW模型以及ZMC模型預測值的臨界載荷逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:Based on the assumption that the transformation of contact microconvex from elastic deformation to elastoplastic deformation and eventually to complete plastic deformation is continuous and smooth, a new contact model of rough surface is proposed, which considers the factors of elastic-plastic deformation and friction tangential force. The prediction of this model, ZMC model and GW model under different plastic exponents and loads is analyzed. The results show that under the condition of low plastic index and small normal contact load, the actual contact area predicted by this model is smaller than that predicted by ZMC model, even smaller than that predicted by GW model, but with the increase of normal contact load, the actual contact area predicted by this model is smaller than that predicted by GW model. The real contact area predicted by this model increases gradually and exceeds the predicted results of ZMC model and GW model. The real contact area predicted by this model is larger than that predicted by ZMC model and GW model even in the case of small normal contact load, and the gap between real area increases with the increase of load. With the increase of plasticity exponent, the critical load of the real area predicted by this model exceeds the predicted value of GW model and ZMC model gradually decreases.
