【摘要】：為確定實(shí)際模型的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,采用EDEM、RecurDyn和ADAMS.2建立螺旋直徑為400 mm、升程為330 mm的雙螺旋垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)和單個(gè)顆粒的仿真模型;通過(guò)仿真確定臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的區(qū)間,根據(jù)二分法不斷縮小臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的區(qū)間,直至得到臨界轉(zhuǎn)速終止仿真;在EDEM中建立輸送高度為0.3 m、填充率分別為20%、40%、60%和80%的顆粒群仿真模型,采用相同的方法完成仿真。結(jié)果表明:仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了粒子與螺旋面、罩殼內(nèi)壁之間的接觸力類型,得到單個(gè)顆粒時(shí)螺旋的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速約為70 r/min;4種填充率下的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速分別為75、81、91、100 r/min;單質(zhì)點(diǎn)法求解的理論臨界轉(zhuǎn)速為82 r/min,與單個(gè)顆粒、輸送高度為0.3 m、填充率為20%和40%的顆粒群仿真結(jié)果接近,而小于輸送高度為0.3 m、填充率為60%和80%的顆粒群仿真臨界轉(zhuǎn)速。說(shuō)明單質(zhì)點(diǎn)理論只適用于小填充率的垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)模型。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the critical speed of the actual model, the simulation model of the double helix vertical screw conveyor with 400mm diameter and 330mm lift was established by using EDEM RecurDyn and ADAMS.2, and the critical speed interval was determined by simulation. According to the dichotomy, the critical speed stop simulation is obtained, and the particle group simulation model is established in EDEM, where the conveying height is 0.3 m and the filling ratio is 20% and 80%, respectively, and the simulation is completed by the same method. The results show that the contact force between the particles and the helical surface and the inner wall of the shell is verified by the simulation results. The critical rotational speed of the spiral is about 70 r / min when a single particle is obtained, and the critical speed of the spiral is 75 / 81 / 91100 rm / min, respectively, and the theoretical critical speed calculated by the single mass point method is 82 r / min, which is similar to that of a single particle. When the conveying height is 0.3 m, the critical speed of particle group simulation with filling ratio of 60% and 80% is close to that of particle group with filling ratio of 20% and 40%, but smaller than that of conveying height of 0.3 m and filling rate of 60% and 80% respectively. It shows that the single point theory is only suitable for the vertical helical conveyor model with small filling rate.
