【摘要】:為了對搖枕彈簧按高度尺寸細化分類,提出了可分類的自動化動態(tài)測控一體化系統(tǒng)的方案,包含了機械系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、測量系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)。其中,為保證分揀控制的準確性,設計了一套面向可分類動態(tài)測控搖枕彈簧的數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng),硬件上以上位機與PCI控制板卡為主體;軟件上設計了最大值讀取模塊、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模塊、檔位分類模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)分檔入庫模塊。同時,針對動態(tài)測量系統(tǒng)可靠性進行了實測,測量及數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)滿足使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to classify the pillow spring according to height, a scheme of automatic dynamic measurement and control system is proposed, which includes mechanical system, control system, measurement system and data processing system. In order to ensure the accuracy of sorting control, a data processing system for classifiable dynamic measurement and control pillow spring is designed. The hardware is composed of upper computer and PCI control board, and the maximum reading module is designed in the software. Data transmission module, gear classification module and data file storage module. At the same time, the reliability of the dynamic measurement system is measured, and the measurement and data processing system meets the requirements.
