基于結(jié)構(gòu)耦合矩陣的主動再制造優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在再制造設(shè)計(jì)階段,由于零件結(jié)構(gòu)間的相互耦合,片面優(yōu)化局部結(jié)構(gòu)而導(dǎo)致零件整體性能劣化的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。為解決這一問題,提出結(jié)構(gòu)耦合矩陣的概念,建立了結(jié)構(gòu)耦合函數(shù)矩陣來表征結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度與結(jié)構(gòu)特征參數(shù)的映射關(guān)系,并建立了結(jié)構(gòu)影響因子矩陣來反映結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度受結(jié)構(gòu)特征參數(shù)的影響程度。給出基于結(jié)構(gòu)耦合矩陣的再制造優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,以零件整體強(qiáng)度優(yōu)化為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了零件整體性能提升。以6L240型號柴油機(jī)曲軸為例,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In the stage of remanufacturing design, partial optimization of the local structure leads to the deterioration of the overall performance of the parts due to the mutual coupling of the parts' structures. In order to solve this problem, the concept of structural coupling matrix is proposed, and the structural coupling function matrix is established to represent the mapping relationship between structural strength and structural characteristic parameters. The structural influence factor matrix is established to reflect the degree of structural strength affected by structural characteristic parameters. A remanufacturing optimization design method based on structural coupling matrix is presented. The parameter optimization design is carried out with the objective of the overall strength optimization of the parts, and the overall performance of the parts is improved. Taking the crankshaft of 6L240 diesel engine as an example, the validity and feasibility of this method are verified.
