基于幾何特征的工件加工能耗預(yù)測(cè)研究

【摘要】:機(jī)械加工過(guò)程中影響能耗的因素很多,工件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段和加工工藝階段的參數(shù)等都會(huì)影響能耗。為了利用工件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段參數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)能耗預(yù)測(cè),通過(guò)控制工件的幾何特征來(lái)控制最終的加工能耗,將工件拆分為單個(gè)幾何特征,在分析工件幾何特征與加工能耗關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于幾何特征的工件加工能耗預(yù)測(cè)方法。建立了基于幾何特征的工件加工能耗模型;構(gòu)建了幾何特征屬性信息的特征表;提出了通過(guò)歷史能耗數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)加工能耗的方法:以實(shí)例推理為主、規(guī)則推理為輔的混合推理技術(shù)進(jìn)行幾何特征加工能耗的匹配檢索,并采用指數(shù)平滑法修正歷史能耗。最后以某主軸的加工能耗預(yù)測(cè)為例驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:There are many factors that affect the energy consumption in the process of machining, and the parameters of the structural design stage and the process stage of the workpiece will affect the energy consumption. In order to realize energy consumption prediction by using the parameters of workpiece structure design stage, the final processing energy consumption is controlled by controlling the geometric feature of workpiece, and the workpiece is divided into single geometric feature. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the geometric feature of workpiece and the energy consumption of machining. A method for predicting the energy consumption of workpiece machining based on geometric features is proposed. In this paper, a workpiece processing energy consumption model based on geometric features is established, a feature table of geometric feature attribute information is constructed, and a method to predict processing energy consumption through historical energy consumption data is proposed: case-based reasoning is the main method. The hybrid reasoning technique supplemented by rule reasoning is used to match and retrieve the energy consumption of geometric feature processing, and the exponential smoothing method is used to correct the historical energy consumption. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by the prediction of processing energy consumption of a spindle.
