“S”無碳小車結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:全國大學(xué)生工程訓(xùn)練綜合能力競賽是教育部高等教育司發(fā)文舉辦的全國性大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新實踐競賽活動。利用重力勢能轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)計的無碳小車,需驅(qū)動小車行走和轉(zhuǎn)向。本文以全國大學(xué)生工程訓(xùn)練綜合能力競爭中的"S型無碳小車"設(shè)計為例,介紹了小車的設(shè)計方案及主要部件設(shè)計計算方法,并針對理論設(shè)計方案的不足之處進行了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化改進。優(yōu)化后的小車,能夠最大程度地滿足競賽的要求,為今后小車的設(shè)計及調(diào)試提供了指導(dǎo)意義,也為相關(guān)機構(gòu)的應(yīng)用研究提供參考價值。
[Abstract]:The National Comprehensive ability Competition for College students' Engineering training is a national competition for university students' scientific and technological innovation practice organized by the Department of higher Education of the Ministry of Education. The carbon-free car designed by gravity potential energy conversion needs to drive the car to walk and turn. Taking the design of "S type carbon-free car" in the competition of national college students' comprehensive ability of engineering training as an example, this paper introduces the design scheme of the car and the design and calculation method of the main components. The corresponding optimization improvement is carried out in view of the deficiencies of the theoretical design scheme. The optimized vehicle can meet the requirements of the competition to the greatest extent, which provides guidance for the design and commissioning of the vehicle in the future, and also provides reference value for the application research of related institutions.
