【摘要】：半轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)是一種用于動物運(yùn)動仿生的新機(jī)構(gòu),對其進(jìn)行簡約化設(shè)計是提高仿生機(jī)械性能的需要。文中在半轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)不動點運(yùn)動特征基礎(chǔ)上,提出從結(jié)構(gòu)簡單的曲柄搖塊機(jī)構(gòu)到半轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的演繹設(shè)計方法。指出當(dāng)曲柄搖塊機(jī)構(gòu)的搖塊處于與動軸重合的特殊位置時,導(dǎo)桿的回程擺動消失而演變?yōu)榘朕D(zhuǎn)桿。對于在此特殊位置可能出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動干涉,給出了帶槽動軸及搖塊對置兩種破解方案。對于破解干涉后出現(xiàn)的機(jī)構(gòu)奇異性問題,提出了帶槽動軸與轉(zhuǎn)動滑塊組合及止轉(zhuǎn)片與止轉(zhuǎn)槽組合兩種局部約束方案,保證了新型半轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動穩(wěn)定性。試驗結(jié)果表明,文中提出的干涉破解、奇異性消除及局部約束設(shè)計等方法具有可行性和正確性,不但實現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)極簡單的半轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的簡約化設(shè)計,而且局部約束消除奇異性方法對于機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計具有借鑒意義和參考價值。
[Abstract]:Semi-rotating mechanism is a new kind of bionic mechanism for animal motion. It is necessary to improve the mechanical performance of bionic mechanism by simplified design. Based on the fixed point motion characteristics of the semi-rotating mechanism, a deductive design method from the crank rocker mechanism to the semi-rotating mechanism is presented in this paper. It is pointed out that when the crank of the crank mechanism is in a special position which coincides with the moving shaft, the return swing of the guide rod disappears and evolves into a half rotating rod. For the possible motion interference in this special position, two schemes are given: the shafts with grooves and the shafts facing the shafts. In order to solve the singularity problem of mechanism after interference, two kinds of local constraint schemes, that is, the combination of moving shaft with slot and rotating slider, and the combination of stop plate and stop slot, are put forward to ensure the motion stability of the new semi-rotating mechanism. The experimental results show that the proposed methods, such as interference solution, singularity elimination and local constraint design, are feasible and correct, and not only the simplified design of the semi-rotating mechanism with very simple structure is realized. Moreover, the method of eliminating singularity with local constraints has reference significance and reference value for mechanism innovation design.
