【摘要】：基于一種改進(jìn)的行星齒輪箱集總參數(shù)模型,將斷齒故障等效到時(shí)變嚙合剛度中,建立了直齒行星齒輪的太陽輪斷齒故障、行星輪斷齒故障和內(nèi)齒圈斷齒故障的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。以某單級(jí)行星齒輪為研究對(duì)象,考慮扭轉(zhuǎn)方向外部激勵(lì),對(duì)其正常和各斷齒故障狀態(tài)下的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,對(duì)內(nèi)齒圈垂直振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:只考慮扭轉(zhuǎn)方向的外部激勵(lì)時(shí),正常狀態(tài)下內(nèi)齒圈最高點(diǎn)處的垂直振動(dòng)加速度信號(hào)頻譜中幅值最高的共振峰與模態(tài)能量分布相關(guān);在各斷齒故障狀態(tài)下,內(nèi)齒圈垂直振動(dòng)加速度的有效值均大于正常值,時(shí)域波形中可看到不同形式的沖擊,包絡(luò)譜中可看到對(duì)應(yīng)的故障特征頻率及其倍頻成分。
[Abstract]:Based on an improved lumped parameter model of planetary gearbox, the dynamic models of solar gear breakage fault, planetary gear broken tooth fault and inner gear broken tooth fault are established by equivalent time-varying meshing stiffness of broken tooth fault. Taking a single stage planetary gear as the research object, considering the external excitation of the torsional direction, the dynamic model of the gear under normal and broken tooth faults is solved, and the acceleration signal of vertical vibration of the inner gear ring is analyzed. The results show that the resonance peak with the highest amplitude in the frequency spectrum of the vertical vibration acceleration signal at the highest point of the inner gear ring is related to the modal energy distribution when only the external excitation in the torsional direction is considered, and in the case of each broken tooth fault, the resonance peak in the frequency spectrum of the vertical vibration acceleration signal is related to the mode energy distribution. The effective values of the vertical vibration acceleration of the inner gear ring are all larger than the normal values. Different forms of impact can be seen in the time domain waveform and the corresponding fault characteristic frequency and its frequency doubling component can be seen in the envelope spectrum.
