柔性機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)建模及模型降階策略研究

【摘要】:柔性機(jī)構(gòu)在精密加工領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用需求在逐漸增長(zhǎng),由簡(jiǎn)單形狀的柔性鉸鏈實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的微位移,但是目前柔性機(jī)構(gòu)的精準(zhǔn)控制尚未得到很好的解決。為此,提出一種基于有限元分析方法的標(biāo)志區(qū)域建模方法,通過標(biāo)志區(qū)域的劃分及辨識(shí)來建立柔性機(jī)構(gòu)模型,并通過仿真分析與有限元模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,接著提出了一種柔性機(jī)構(gòu)模型降階方法,最后通過應(yīng)用柔性機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)例來說明了文中所用方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The application demand of flexible mechanism in the field of precision machining is increasing gradually, and the precision control of flexible mechanism is not well solved by using simple flexure hinge to realize precise displacement. For this reason, this paper presents a modeling method of marking region based on finite element analysis method. The model of flexible mechanism is established by the division and identification of mark area, and the simulation analysis is compared with the finite element model. Then a model reduction method of flexible mechanism is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by an example of flexible mechanism.
