基于正交實(shí)驗(yàn)分析的面齒輪磨削表面粗糙度的研究

【摘要】:對(duì)面齒輪磨削齒面粗糙度進(jìn)行正交實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,采用多元非線性回歸分析法建立了砂輪轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給速度、磨削深度的回歸模型,分析了砂輪轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給速度、磨削深度等磨削參數(shù)對(duì)面齒輪磨削齒面粗糙度的影響狀況,最后通過數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)測值與預(yù)測值的比較,顯示6組數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測值與實(shí)際測量值的最大誤差為11.13%。說明相對(duì)誤差不大,此模型具有一定的精度。
[Abstract]:The tooth surface roughness of the face gear grinding is analyzed by orthogonal experiment, and the regression model of grinding wheel speed, feed speed and grinding depth is established by multiple nonlinear regression analysis. The influence of grinding parameters such as grinding wheel speed, feed speed, grinding depth and other grinding parameters on the surface roughness of face gear grinding is analyzed. The comparison between the measured data and the predicted value of the experimental group shows that the maximum error between the predicted values of the 6 sets of data and the actual measured values is 11.13%., which shows that the relative error is not significant, and this model has a certain precision.
