【摘要】：多工位彈簧成形機(jī)是一種適用于多種類型彈簧加工的彈簧成形裝備。研究了多工位彈簧成形機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其成形機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理進(jìn)行了分析。通過對(duì)彈簧類零件幾何特征的分析,將彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)要素進(jìn)行了分解,推算出各結(jié)構(gòu)要素參數(shù)方程。根據(jù)多工位彈簧成形機(jī)成形機(jī)構(gòu)工作原理與彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)要素特性,重點(diǎn)研究了彈簧螺旋線與折角成形原理,建立了各成形軸進(jìn)給量與彈簧尺寸要素之間的數(shù)學(xué)模型。首先提出圓柱、圓錐螺旋線成形原理,并建立起圓柱、圓錐螺旋線的半徑、節(jié)距與成形工具進(jìn)給量、送線長度的關(guān)系方程;然后提出4種折角成形方法,相應(yīng)地給出折角曲率半徑、折角角度與成形工具進(jìn)給量之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系方程。
[Abstract]:Multi-position spring forming machine is a kind of spring forming equipment suitable for various types of spring processing.The mechanical structure of the multi-station spring forming machine is studied, and the structure and working principle of the forming mechanism are analyzed.By analyzing the geometric characteristics of spring parts, the spring structural elements are decomposed and the parameter equations of each structural element are deduced.According to the working principle of forming mechanism and the characteristics of spring structure elements of multi-position spring forming machine, the principle of spring helix and angle forming is studied emphatically, and the mathematical model between the feed quantity of each forming shaft and the element of spring dimension is established.At first, the forming principle of cylindrical and conical helix is presented, and the relation equations of radius, pitch and feed length of forming tool are established, and four kinds of angle forming methods are proposed.The mathematical equations of curvature radius, angle angle and feed rate of forming tool are given.
